Katie Rice from Diamond roofing replaced our roof and gutters. We had a tree fall on our house and her crew repaired all the damage to the roof , soffit and facia. They even repaired our garage exterior wall that was damaged. Very responsive and was able to start the job within a week of when she came out to bid it. I highly recommend Diamond Roofing.

This company was great to work with. Katie helped us through the entire process of helping us find damage that we had to our old roof to turn into insurance to helping us pick the perfect color for our new roof. Our new roof was put on quickly and professionally. They even went out of their way to help us with our insurance company when they were taking forever.

Katie is amazing, very efficient and honest. We were not sure what color to use for our new roof and she gave her full support for what we choose and let us know her thoughts when we asked. It was a good feeling we felt like we made the choice ourself but she also agreed. Her crews were fast, organized and cleaned up right after. I would highly recommend this company.

Diamond Roofing and Exteriors provided the best customer experience I have ever had! The owner Katie basically handled the whole process herself. All I had to do was pick out the color roof I wanted!! She and her workers are top notch. The whole process from meeting with the adjuster to the roof being completed took less than 2 weeks!! Please look no farther if you need a new roof!

Katie and her team were so awesome to work with for our roof replacement. Katie helped us feel confident enough to put a claim in with our insurance company and we were able to get full coverage. Our roof and new gutters were done promptly and efficiently and it looks so good. What could have been a super stressful and expensive experience proved to be simple and hassle free. A bad storm hit our little town on April 15, 2023. We had a lot of damage to our roof and A LOT of water came in. My husband and father-in-law had to get on the top of our roof in the middle of the storm to nail on a tarp to keep the water from coming in. The very next day, a representative from Diamond Roofing saw our tarped roof and knocked on our door. She got me in touch with Katie, the owner of Diamond Roofing. Katie called me within 10 minutes and said she was sending her guys over to professionally tarp our roof. Literally within 2 hours, we had 2 men on the top of our roof properly tarping it. Over the next several weeks, I had many issues with our claims adjuster, he was not communicative or keeping me up to date on the status of his report. Katie took matters into her own hands. She would call him every day for an update and eventually went above his head. After Katie spoke with my claims adjuster's manager, we received our report. Katie had materials delivered the very next day, and the day after that, we had our new roof installed. The roofing process only took about 4 hours in total. After our new roof and gutters were installed, Katie called to let me know she did not agree with the amount of funds we were going to be receiving for the interior part of our house. She simply said, "The insurance company is not giving you enough funds to renovate the interior part of your house". She instructed me to bids on all the jobs that were needing to be done, and submit them to the insurance. She told me not to take the report as a final/only offer. I took her advice and got my bids. I can't thank Katie enough for all her hard work, she went above and beyond. Nothing about this process was easy, but Katie helped us more than she knows, and we are greatly appreciative of it. I highly recommend Diamond Roofing & Exteriors to whoever is needing a roof and/or gutters replaced!!!

Katie was such a HUGE help! She was professional and knowledgeable. She helped guide me through the whole process with my insurance company. Just made the whole process start to finish easy and stress-free. Highly recommend! Quality work in the promised time frame. They did great with clean-up.
