I was very impressed with the professionalism of the tech, he was very well informed and polite, wore booties in my house, and was very careful to ask where I wanted spraying to happen. We had our quarterly service completed today. It was easy to call and schedule. Our tech was Ian- he was great! I requested a call ahead and Ian followed through. He called before and arrived on time as he stated. He had been to our house before so had knowledge of the areas of concern. He took the time to explain things and made recommendations. Sean Williams serviced our property and did an exceptional job!! He communicated with us before his arrival, during his service, when he was finished, as well as when he left. He left no spot untreated! Swept out eaves, dusted the weep holes, sprayed well all around our foundation and treated ant pyramids. He even gave us a count of how many there were!!!
His friendly, professional manner and work ethic should be recognized. It's workers like this that will keep our business!!

Great customer service with perfect results! When I first moved into my house I found it was infested with roaches. I called ABC for a quote and it was SO expensive! That same day, I got a knock at the door from EnviroGuard with a promotion and a much more reasonable quote. Haven't seen a roach since and I've had this service for 7 years! Highly effective non-toxic treatments with my pets! Definitely recommend!

I don't give 5 stars for someone doing their job but I do give five stars for doing an amazing job. I was showing the bug man a hornets nest I wanted removed and one of them dive bombed us. Sheldon immediately smashed him as soon as he got close without hesitating a second. He then cleaned out the next and combed over the rest of our house. Well done!

I had the pleasure of receiving service from Ace of Enviroguard today, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

Ace arrived promptly, right on schedule, and was not only professional but also extremely friendly. His attention to detail was evident from the get-go as he assessed the carpenter ant issue in our shower.

Feel as if there is a lack of attention to detail. I should not have to carry out any part of the service I'm paying for. I feel as if what I paid for in the beginning is starting to slip. I feel everything being done is rushed. The technician is in and out in like 15min or less I dont know how thorough you can be in that time. I just don't feeling I'm getting the 120 plus dollar service I'm paying for. May honestly look to for another service or take over and do it myself. The technician doing the service is cool. But I'm just not feeling satisfied.

We had terrible bugs here in FL before we started inside the house and after, we barely notice them. They only show up seasonally and instead of having tons we find one or two.

I've been really happy with my pest control services over the last few years with EnviroGuard. The technicians are always on time, and informative about what they found and what services were performed. My last service appointment was performed by Roy Venecia. He was professional, prompt, friendly, and offered helpful advice on how to deal with an unrelated issue he saw on my property, which was greatly appreciated! He also offered to come back at another time to do the outdoor treatment since it looked like rain was a possibility and he didn't want the treatment to be rendered ineffective but I told him to go ahead with it. It's rare to find a company with that kind of integrity and pride behind their work. Great company to work with, would highly recommend.

The tech was friendly and informative. I had them to treat inside my home and the yard. I was having problems with spiders. The exterminator explained other pests that come out (i.e., ants, scorpions, etc.) during warm weather and heavy rains. I set up for regular treatments at a great rate.

I moved into a new home and have had very little bugs. Just remember to keep you're gates unlocked so they get the back yard. They removed bee wasp nest and I have not had any issues with bugs. Be aware it takes a while of treatment to almost have no bugs . It was worth the wait for the treatments. I have no bug issues . Thank you envirogaurd !

Love this company.  We bought a home to quickly discover it was infested with German Roaches.  Enviroguard not only abolished the infestation but has kept our home pest free for over a year!  All of their technicians are polite and knowledgeable.  I want to give an especially huge shout out to our most recent technician, Joseph who was not just polite, friendly and thorough. He went above and beyond by assisting me rescue my French Bulldog (who cannot swim) from our pool when accidentally knocked in by our larger dog. Thankfully, Joseph was nearby and hearing me scream out, he IMMEDIATELY rushed over to my aid and helped me rescue him from the pool. What more can you say when you have a technician jump into action to save a customer's valued family member!! I changed from my pest people to Envio. I save a little but i can never get a hold of them or they call me back the next day which is nice but i need to talk to a person then. I just need better communication with these guys. but the employees are soooo nice and great! From my experience with my other pest people, I am not 100% sure about this one. More ants and bugs come, and the wasps keep coming back. Again, very nice people just not my fav.

Today Cody T service our home and he by far was one of the best techs we have had in the last 10 years of service! Very thorough, polite and professional. The previous technician that came just before him suggested that the service be skipped because rain was coming. We have used other pest control companies and by far Enviro Guard is the best. Ricky Phillips shows up every time well dressed, attentive, and seems to really care about our needs. He even found ants in a new mulch bed that had been placed down. We would like for Ricky Phillips to be our tech every time. Just moved into our home and the builder set us up with Bulwark Pest Control but we've had them in the past and they were so-so. We decided to give EnviroGuard a chance and so glad we did! They have completely eliminated our bug/spider issue from a new home build and if there is ever an issue/question their office staff is so nice and helpful! The sales people are shady. They lied to me about their background, which is just a common slimy sales tactic. They also mislead me about the breadth of their services, but I suspect that was mostly out of ignorance. The office workers have always been pleasant when I have needed to speak with them. Fortunately that hasn't happened often. The two service techs that I have met have been outstanding. Matthew Mahler is our current tech. He's punctual, professional, and courteous and also seems very knowledgeable. He asks what pests we have seen so that he knows his targets and can track the efficacy of the previous service. He also takes the time to go through a thorough explanation of how the pesticides work, how the pests behave before and after service, how we can be proactive, and what caution we should take, if any, after the pesticides have been applied. He talks like he enjoys the job and wants to learn more and get more certifications. I always prefer to work with someone who is passionate about their job, and Matthew fits the description. Don't let the sales people fill your mind with all kinds of stuff. Call and speak with a technician before you sign up. They are much more grounded and knowledgeable.

We're still with Enviroguard and have no plans to switch. Ian McNeil has been our tech for a while and he's always great--always very courteous, thorough and goes the extra mile. I've seen other pest control techs spend not even a quarter of the time that Ian spends on our exterior and interior. I appreciate how he takes our concerns seriously and addresses them. Highly recommend him and Enviroguard. Updating my review. My last review was from 2017 and it's now 2020 and we're still with EnviroGuard. We've always had good service from them. We've had a few different techs service our home but they're always courteous and they get the job done the first time. If ever I needed them to do a re-treatment, they would always come as scheduled. Our most recent tech, Elias, is very courteous and does a good job. He even managed to bring down a wasp nest that I thought was unreachable. I haven't had any billing or scheduling issues. Hope they keep up the good service! We've had Enviroguard for over a year now and have been happy with their service. All of the techs that have come out to service our home have been pretty thorough. We've had Daniel for quite some time and he always did a good job and took care of any issues we pointed out. Recently, I had to call in and request a sooner appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating; it was actually nice to have someone pick up the phone right away instead of it going to voicemail. For our latest service, we had a new tech, Tommy. He was very thorough, informative, and took his time doing the treatment. He also went out of his way by offering to fix a broken fence panel that he noticed when treating the perimeter. If Enviroguard's customer service continues this way, we have no problems giving them our business for a long time.

I am glad I signed up because I hate bugs inside my house and fire ants are such a huge problem in this area. My dogs don't care for the ants either because they get bit when they're out in the yard. I haven't seen a single one since my first service was completed and my dogs and I thank you. I also think it's great that discounts are offered to renters because I probably wouldn't have signed up if that were not the case.

Tom arrived on time and ready to work! He was friendly and courteous. Mario went above and beyond today. He noticed in my customer notes that I do not want any door knocking or bell ringing due to a sleeping baby. Today, a young man names Solomon O. came to treat my home. I had 2 previous who were no where as attentive as this young man. Not only did he listen to my concerns, he addressed every single issue I mentioned. He took extra care and explained each thing he was doing. Michael Barrera is definitely your point man. I want him over each and every time. Very knowledgeable and just an amazing work ethic. Worked with me and made sure my property was treated right and treated all the areas I wanted and other he did with a more detailed tool to make sure he didn't spray some of my wife's plants. I liked this company from the start, I get several knocks on the door about pest control and had thought about going with another company but wasn't super excited that they weren't local. Blake from Enviro-Guard was friendly, informative, and excited about his local company. The service techs the next day were on time, friendly, and thorough. All information is given to you verbally, and online and everything was quick, effective, and easy. I'm happy that they use EPA approved treatment since I like a lot of the wildlife around me and don't want to harm them, or my pets. They also have very competitive pricing plans. Nate and his brother Luke were outstanding! We tried another pest control service and paid a ridiculous price and received hardly any service (a few sprays and nothing else), but Nate not only completed every service we paid for but also educated us on the Do's & Don't for summertime pest control. Luke stopped by today and asked how the service was and if we were satisfied, and YES! We love EnviroGuard! We stopped seeing scorpions, and those gigantic spiders and the weep holes were even treated for bees/wasps. Simply put, these guys get the job done! I was skeptical of signing up for pest control service in our new home, because I thought I could treat it myself.  Tyler lured me in and I'm glad I have them on my side fighting pests! Customer service is top notch and will recommend them to all my family and friends!  In fact, my parents signed up with them that same day we did! We've had an infestation of springtails in and around our home, however David came out on a free curtsey call and after the initial follow up appointment we have not seen one single springtail to date.  Overall, we're pleased with the service and love that they can service the home when you can't be there.  They'll leave a note stating all the services performed. Not always the best customer service.  They've missed our appointments for months & when I call them to schedule it, they said that their drivers "overscheduled" or "couldn't find your house since it's a new construction."  BUT they didn't have a hard time when they wanted us to sign up with them.  Why is it our problem that their drivers overscheduled themselves.  I was suppose to have service every 2 months, but haven't seen someone since October 2017!  Will be changing services once I'm out of their contract!

Tommy Seelis is a very awesome employee you guys have there he ready takes his time and effort to care take of your home, and yard from insects! He ready takes the time to explain to what you have going with the insects, how they migrate and how they surface into your home and what to do if to eliminate them. But I won't have that problem cause he has bascially took care of that for me and the family. Not sure what's up with the one star reviews but my husband & I are pleased with the service.  I logged into the portal & see my next service date.  Chantry was honest about the price & the service.  The tech, Tyler West did a thorough job spraying the entire yard as well as inside the house.   Both men were respectful with removing their shoes prior to entering our home.  We haven't seen any pest until recently, but I know when it rains here, the fire ants show up.  I haven't seen any ant mounds so I think they are coming from the empty lot next door.

Was about to begin cleaning my garage when I ran in to Chanrty. EnviroGuard was in the neighborhood taking care of the critter problem. Less than an hour after signing up for their services Tyler was at our home spraying outdoors. Sky came over and did an excellent job. He was very thorough going through  the outside of the house and sprayed every spot as if he knew every corner of the house, he did the same thing to the inside of the house. I've had EnviroGuard service my home for pest control for almost a year. David has consistently been thorough and helpful. Since I work from home I can often see him starting my treatment and he takes the time to answer questions or address concerns I have. When you need a retreat they schedule the visit immediately - although I think I only needed 1 retreat at the beginning most due to it being a new house with construction breaking ground on three sides of my home. David has done a great job and I couldn't be more pleased with his level of service and attention.

We had some issues at first with the way the payments were being processed. Being a fairly new company I can understand start up can be difficult. The owners came to my home and apologized for the mix up. To me that is huge. I will give them another chance as we are moving into a new home and have not yet found a pest control company. We had a huge wasp problem and Nate C. did a great job diagnosing and treating the hives he found. Certainly would recommend EnviroGuard based on the experience we had.

Met Stuart today while he was working in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I'm already locked in with another company for 8 months. When my current contrat runs up, I will switch to EnviroGuard. I interview 30-50 potential employees per month. I would hire this guy to work for me on personality alone. In my 20 minute conversation with Stuart he never bad mouthed his competition. He actually had good things to say about the current company I use. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems that the products these companies use cant be that different. So why not go with a local family owned start-up that with no doubt is focused on providing the best service they possibly can. You hear it all the time, "Everything is big in TX". Guess what? So are the insects. Since you need the service anyways, I recommend giving these guys a shot, I know I will.
