Pure Green Pest control has been a great provider of pest service over the last six months. The owner himself and serivced my house a couple of times. The pest control specialist Diego was here today and he listened to all my concerns and was able to address them with a smile on his face. after he was done, he explained to me about all the work that he did in and around the house. I would like him to come again when my service is due. He also provided me with suggestion and his thoughts on how to keep the bugs, and pest away. Awesome customer service! Bruce was really helpful and clear about the treatments being done and was super thorough to help our home get ready for the spring. Never seen bugs after we got our house treated and their customer service has also been top notch. Reasonably priced and excellent service. The billing is also hassle free. We have a quarterly contract and theyve always showed up on time and do a wonderful job. We had an intense ant infestation when we closed our house initially but, after a couple treatments, we haven't seen a single ant in and around the house. They even take care of the spider and wasp nests which are tough to tackle. Would definitely recommend!

Aaron was a pleasure to work with for my initial pest control service. He was efficient, friendly and took the time to explain to me how the service worked. He also noticed that I had some gaps on the bottom of my garage frame that could let in pests and rodents. He sprayed foam there to close it up. I was really appreciative of that. I noticed a lot of dirt was coming through those those gaps and wasn’t sure what I could do to close them up. Thank you Aaron!

I met Chris, the owner through a friend and am glad for the meeting. Our last pest control was horrible so I was looking for someone that could make sure we don’t have any bugs at all as my wife hates them.

I gave Chris a call and he was quick to get out and treat my home. I learned that most pest places do a level 1 barrier and Chris does a level 5 which is beyond thorough!

We haven’t seen any insects, which makes the wife happy so we are all happy.

Chris runs a great business and is a phenomenal person. Give him a call if you don’t like bugs.

Pure green pest control is by far one of the best out there. Mathew was very charismatic, enthusiastic and showed how much he cared about my issues and listen to every detail of my bug problems i was having. was very throughout when explaining all of their products and the services they would be performing. Mathew’s confidence of how much he could do for the house had gave me confidence in him and the service. On top of that, I am a busy women and he totally worked around my schedule while still cutting me the best deal, they truly care about there customers and want the best for your homes and neighbors.
After receiving the first two treatments i have yet to see any of the bugs and issues i had ongoing, the service is definitely effective and i am highly satisfied with the work that was done outside and inside my home. Overall, I highly recommend this pest control company to anyone looking for reliable and effective services. They are a top-notch company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. 5 out of 5 stars!

I recently used a pest control service and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and exceeded my expectations. I would rate this company a 5 out of 5 for their exceptional pest control services.

Firstly, their communication was outstanding. They promptly responded to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. Their customer service was friendly, professional, and informative, making me feel confident in their ability to tackle my pest problem.

Secondly, the technician who arrived at my home was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. They explained the process to me and answered all my questions, ensuring that I was comfortable with the treatment plan before proceeding. They also took great care to ensure that my home was left clean and tidy after the job was done.

Thirdly, the pest control treatment was effective. I saw a noticeable difference in the pest population in my home immediately after the service was completed. The company also followed up with me a few days later to ensure that everything was still under control.

I called this company out because a tenant heard something on the attic. Chris responded quickly, called me while he was there and explained everything and also sent me pictures. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job overall.

Pure Green are new players here in DFW, here to shake up the local competition and go above-and-beyond to win your business. They are on par with competitors in terms of pricing, but offer a higher quality service, more effective products, greater frequency, and superior payment plans ($80 every other month). I had my home in Rockwall serviced the same day I signed up. Impressive! All electronic invoicing, how easy. Clayton was a stellar salesperson who knew the services back to front, was transparent, upfront, and followed-up within 30 mins with a very knowledgeable technician treating my home. Will recommend to my neighbors.

Chris and his team has been absolutely professional. They came out on time did the service like they were supposed to or like they said they would I was really impressed with the knowledge base that Chris had and appreciated that he was able to educate me on a few things that I didn’t understand. Chris made great progress with my ants, black widow spiders, and mice. I feel totally confident moving forward that they will be able to get everything under control and that I will feel safe in my house and I know that it’s a process and I feel very confident in pure green pest control.

What company this is!!!! The sales Rep Jessica was very helpful and what she stated I was getting is exactly what I received and when they said I would receive it.
Chris the tech who came to the house was a professional. He told me what he was going todo what to expect and about how long. He also pointed out that there was whole or way into my house for mice that he did fix as well. (I hate MICE and RAT)
The cost was exactly what Jessica quoted me and by gosh that is the way it should.

If you need pest control service people Pure Green is the way to go!!!!!!!!
