I don’t have anything to say as far as service but one of your trucks (missed out on taking pic) was parked at our building in Boston South End and one man was loud and swore A LOT we have children lots of toddlers who were home not only in our building but the surrounding and he said the F word to other employees I believe on phone and just in general sentences, I’m no prude but it was LOUD and often. It was unprofessional and was ongoing for 4-5 hours because this man sat in the van A Lot and roamed the parking area! I just thought your company might want to let him know he had a had larger build (mid section) with scruffy face and white!

Top notch company! I’ve been using FSC for several years now and they keep our fire sprinkler system in tip-top shape! We’ve had many issues with this system as it was not built with galvanized pipe. We’ve had many leaks and a few breaches; whether it’s noontime on a weekday or midnight on a weekend, Tommy and his team are right there for us! Five stars ALL DAY LONG. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have an aging “dry” system that’s always in need of some type of maintenance; Tom and his crew have been great to work with; the service is stellar and their knowledge and problem-solving skills are second to none! We had some issues come up after our fire/safety inspection at our Boston garage. Called Fire Sprinkler Corp right away. Tom came out inspected all the issues and came out a few days later and took care of everything. Passed our inspection! Thank you, John

Tom was great. Broken sprinkler pipe at the street flooded our basement and caused a lot of damage. Tom came out in an hour and had it fixed within the next hour. Very professional, upfront with pricing and replaced pipe galvanized steel as it should have been done by original contractor. We saved his card and will definitely call again if we need service.
