My boyfriend and I came in to look at engagement rings and Sarah and Nicole who helped us were super amazing, they had diamonds of every shape and size for me to try on and served us prosecco while we were there. I also had brought in a snake like necklace to be fixed and they we're super great about it and it was ready within a week or so. The store is so cute and they have such cool pieces of jewelry, and at such a great price. This is by far my favorite shop in all of the south end. Thanks again for making it such a memorable day!

I first went there to find a special gift for my mom that was from my dad. He gets hives when he walks into a store so he always sends me to pick out my mom's presents. I ended up bringing my mom to M. Flynn and she fell in love with the most beautiful ring. We had the best time looking through all the gorgeous cases and trying on so many stunning pieces. They made it so easy to make a wishlist for my dad so he could make the final decision on my mom's gift. My dad was so impressed and excited that all he had to do was call and was told exactly what to buy and could come get it that day all wrapped up and ready to go under the Christmas tree. They even somehow talked him into surprising my mom with the bigger version of the ring that she wanted. My mom was so surprised when she opened it that she cried and said my dad has never gotten her anything so special. It was really the best experience for me, my mom, and my dad!

Ever since then, my mom and I have been going back to M. Flynn. We have gone back to get fused bracelets to celebrate special occasions and to get presents for each other. We both love the Gigi Clozeau bracelets and necklaces, they are our favorite gift to give and receive. I recently was there picking up a birthday gift for my mom and ended up getting a treat for myself too. We send everyone we know to M. Flynn for any of their jewelry needs. They are simply the best!

Maddie and the staff at M. Flynn were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly respectful of my space and time. No pushy sales tactics. Would give em 10 stars if possible. I shared my wish list the the locker I wanted showed it was back ordered for 4-6 weeks. They looked in their inventory, and found one that didn’t have the studded diamonds I wanted. They worked with me on the price and will be sending it to me when the work is done. Will post again when I receive it, I looked at the other items on my wish list and the quality of work on all the pieces was excellent. After I purchased the locket, I went back to my hotel and decided I wanted to buy a pair of spacers, but was unable to make it to the store again before I was to return… they sent me a payment link and then actually delivered them to the hotel for me. I haven’t taken them off since I got them since they are so pretty and solid! Go by there and see their stuff since it is high quality and trendy w/o being tacky! I will continue to shop with them no doubt! Can’t wait for my locket to arrive!

My fiancée and I went to M. Flynn for our engagement ring, and we couldn’t be happier!

M. Flynn happened to be our first stop as we started shopping for rings, so we had no clue how anything worked when we showed up for our appointment. Luckily, we met with Sarah who guided us through EVERYTHING, answering our dumb questions without making us feel dumb, and making sure we had a blast.

We eventually decided to design a custom ring, and M. Flynn CRUSHED IT. Sarah and Lyla quickly created a design for us to react to and then tweaked it based on our feedback. We loved being involved in the process, and it was empowering to feel that M. Flynn was willing to iterate on designs with us until we had the exact ring we were dreaming of.

Another quick thing to mention is that despite designing the ring with my partner, I still wanted the proposal to be a surprise: M. Flynn helped me out here too! I won’t share details here (just to make sure I don’t accidentally spoil a surprise for someone else), but they were really, really great.

M. Flynn got us a truly stunning ring, well ahead of schedule, and made the whole process a joy. We will be coming back, and I’d recommend them to anyone shopping for an engagement ring!

The entire team at MFlynn have created a special space for people who are interested in jewelry that is unique in a space that is warm and personable. I love, love, love M. Flynn! I worked with Nicole to re-set my engagement ring and the process was great from start to finish. Even better, my ring is PERFECT! She listened to what I was looking for, asked all the right questions to make sure we both had the same vision, showed me some ideas to zero in on my style, then had a CAD drawn up of their proposed design so that I could see what my lovely new ring would look like. I approved the CAD and then not too long after I had my stunning new ring. It's been 3 months and I still gaze lovingly at it like I just got it. First of all, Sarah Servino is A+ when it comes to customer service! I was incredibly nervous, and she was so patient with me. My fiance and I got our engagement ring from M. Flynn. We found a stone that we loved, but wanted it re-set. M. Flynn worked with us through the custom CAD process and were very communicative and thorough. When we picked up the ring (weeks earlier than what we were estimated!), we noticed that there was a small detail that was not what we expected from our CAD. We brought the ring back and they happily offered to fix it. I went to pick it up again and it was still a little off (a very minor detail), and they sent it back to the setter and made it perfectly.

Moriah really is great - she cares about each piece of jewelry that goes out the door. The shop is adorable, and we loved that we were supporting a female owned small business.

They really went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. I love my ring!

My mom and I recently visited M. Flynn for her to receive a bracelet fusion. It was an excellent experience! Not only was her fused bracelet professionally done and wonderful quality, we also found some other beautiful items to take home. The shop is excellently laid out and so well-curated, with a fantastic array of well-known and emerging jewelry designers. There are affordable items also available so there’s something for everyone. I picked out a ring and there was no hesitation in making sure it was sized to best fit me. I love my new ring, thank you to the ladies at M. Flynn for making our mom and daughter shopping trip one to remember! We will be back!

I was so excited to work with M Flynn on a custom ring my husband and I wanted to make to commemorate the birth of our first son. We had two baguettes we wanted to use and a few ideas of how the ring could look.
From the quick response to my very first outreach email to our in-person appointment/consultation with Moria just two weeks later, our experience with M Flynn was easy, smooth, fun, and quick. Moria was equal parts professional and personable when we met with her to talk through options and build a ring design, and my husband and I appreciated her willingness to both listen to our ideas and offer up her own suggestions / recommendations. We ended up with a custom designed and made ring that perfectly reflects what we wanted and will be a family heirloom in years to come. We can't thank Moria and M Flynn enough for their help and crafts(wo)manship!!

I love love love this little jewelry shop. The women who own it are just lovely. Kind, thoughtful, friendly, talented.

I have several pairs of earrings from M Flynn and I always get compliments on them. I once broke the post off of an earring and the M Flynn ladies repaired gratis.

They carry their own jewelry and some great brands. Everything from every day studs to fancy, event jewels. I have earrings that were ~$40 and some that were $200... great range!

Perfect for bridal jewelry, bridesmaids, I've given gifts from here, and they have the best greeting card selection! Highly recommended. Also, they sometimes have the cutest dog lying around--Stuart. I want to scoop him up and bring him home with me!
