Redeem Roofing did a terrific job replacing our roof and gutters with architectural shingles after hail damage. I highly recommend them for any roof replacements and roofing needs in the Piedmont Triad (and everywhere else they work!). From the first phone call to the end of the project, I was impressed with their prompt responses, professionalism, efficiency, knowledge of how to work with homeowners insurance companies - truly one of the easiest experiences I've had with a contractor. The new roof and gutters are beautiful. Oh, and they are super clean. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there because they were so committed to cleaning up after the project. I live in an neighborhood filled with older homes. At least once a week, someone from a roofing company knocks on my door trying to sell me a new roof. When I finally did see evidence of a leak, I was certain a new roof was in our immediate future.

Imagine my surprise when Redeem Roofing came out and inspected the roof, showed me pictures of things that needed to be fixed, and said they could fix the issues that afternoon. I asked about the longevity of the roof and they explained that the current roof had 3-4 years of life left. I really like that the people representing the company have integrity. They also do good work. Several hard rains later, no leaks!

They'll definitely be the first people I call when the time comes to replace the roof.

From start to finish our entire experience was fantastic! Nick came out and got on the roof to inspect it and sat down with us to discuss what he seen and he recommended we look into talking to our insurance provider. He helped us talk to them and even came back out when they sent out their inspector. Once we got word that we could proceed with getting our roof replaced, Nick came back out and showed us all our options and explained everything to us in full detail and made sure all our questions were answered. The crew that came out to do the roof were very polite and professional and did a fantastic job, we also had out gutters replaced and they look so good and completely transformed the look of our home! Nick came out for an inspection of my roof because I had a leak on my second story. Nick was upfront and honest about the condition of my roof. Nick assisted with the inspection from my insurance company and made time to be here to assist them. After my claim was approved I was in contact with Travis and Nick often. Travis came out to check my roof decking as I had some soft spots and wavy areas in my roof. Travis let me know about what it would take to fix it and we scheduled the roof install. Day of the install the Redeem Roofing crew arrive around 8am and was friendly and professional. They took their time to provide my house and family with quality craftsmanship. The entire process was less stress than I anticipated because of Nick, Travis and the install crew. Beyond happy with the install, appearance and clean up from the Redeem Roofing crew. Ill be calling on them soon for some new gutters.

I had called 2 other companies, both no showed. Redeem came out on schedule, and reviewed the storm damage to my roof. Took pictures for me to see. Insurance company sent out an inspector and Redeem showed up on a Saturday morning at 9am to walk the property with the inspector. Entire new roof in about 4-5 hours. Had everything cleaned up in about another hour, hour and a half. A not so minor note, (at least to me) in this entire process, I don't think there was a time that I didn't send a text that I didn't get a return text or call within like 5 minutes. The entire experience went much better than I expected.

This company was fantastic. We had some siding issues from a poor install from another company. Isaac from Redeem was knowledgeable and after a thorough inspection, he explained what needed to be done and made the repairs. The owner came out to do an estimate for some minor siding repair work I needed. He decided to do repairs, some involving a ladder trip up to the second floor, right on the spot. We had an animal in our attic and our pest control company wanted to charge $800 to put up some guard protection over our gable vents. That seemed high, so we contact Redeem Roofing. They came out and inspected our gable vents and found that there was no holes in them unlike what our pest control company said. After talking through things we walked around the outside of the house and noticed a hole in our overhang near the gutter drain. Further inspection showed there was a nest and Redeem Roofing was able to clean out the nest, fix the whole and patch it all up the same day. Saved us hundreds of dollars and was a quick fix. Will recommend and use them again!

Recently used Redeem to install a new roof for me and in the words of a great philosopher, Joseph Dirtè, Danggg! They did an excellent, clean, and professional job from start to finish.

It started out as a minor repair for some wind damage and after calling multiple other roofing companies in the area, Travis, the actual owner of the company, was the only one to respond to me and come out. Not only was he the only one to come out, but he worked with my busy schedule and showed up on time.

What I thought was minor wind damage turned out to be more extensive. Travis performed a complete and thorough roof inspection and recommended filing a claim with my insurance since we had recently had a storm come through. He was able to meet with the adjuster and we were able to receive a full roof replacement through insurance. I have never filed an insurance claim before, and didn’t even consider that an option, but Redeem was very insightful and explained and walked me through the process. I was able to call and talk to him and get any questions I had answered.

Once everything was approved, Travis put us on the schedule for a new roof install. When the day came, the Redeem crew showed up and got to work. The crew was very fast and kept my yard clean throughout the tear-off process and were even able to work around landscaping and some shrubbery we have which I know was extra work for them but no questions were asked! Travis showed us multiple options for shingles and metal, styles and colors, and ultimately we chose to go with Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles that look amazing!!!! They really made our house pop and multiple neighbors asked about the roof. The quality of install by Redeem was top notch as well. All the shingles were straight, the ridge lines were straight, and no nails or nail pops visible . I’m very particular on details and they surpassed my expectations!

The experience I had with Travis and Redeem Roofing was definitely a 5 star one. From the time I talked to him on the phone until my project was completed Travis and the whole crew were highly professional, answered all my questions, and helped me out more than I would have imagined. If you are in need of any roofing service I would highly recommend Redeem! I’m going to have siding replaced on my house in the near future as well and there is only one company I plan on calling, Redeem Roofing!

I had some bowing and loose siding on my recently built home and it was past warranty. I reached out to the siding outfit that did original work even offering compensation for repair work. I never received a response. I searched internet for local area outfit and saw Redeem Roofing and Siding. My first thought was they are not going to bother with small potato repairs. We are currently under contract on a property and after we had the house fully inspected it was suggested we contact a licensed roofing company to inspect the roof regarding the repairs on the inspection report. I contacted redeem due to their great reviews and they quickly were able to go out to the property to inspect. Travis was the only one to actually answer the phone the first time I called. He’s also the only one to actually get up on the roof, measure and inspect it for damage. We ended up needing a new roof. We felt Travis had been honest with us about the issues the the overall state of repairs needed. He was up front about everything and we felt the price he quoted us was fair and honest. When he and his crew showed up to do the work they were prompt, professional and an overall great group of people. The roof looks great and we’re really happy with the work.The new flashing on the chimney looks awesome. They even worked with us to install three new exhaust vents, at no additional charge. His quoted price was “out the door,” with no surprises added. It took two days overall and they cleaned up everything after. I would absolutely recommend Redeem Roofing for any roofing needs!

After a bad wind storm damaged our roof I contacted several roofing companies and all but Travis gave me time frames of 4 to 10 days just to look at the damage. I spoke to Travis and he came to our home looked at and put a temporary patch on the roof to prevent any further damage all in less than two hrs from the time I spoke to him on the phone. I contacted Travis about some siding leaks I had at my house that I wanted repaired as soon as possible on Feb. 19th. Travis was great; he called me back same day once he figured out scheduling and was able to come out, assess, AND FIX the issue the following morning on Feb. 20th (even with pending snow for the afternoon)! I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to get my issues fixed, and I was extremely grateful to finally have this problem resolved. Travis kept his word on call backs and appointment times, was on time, and was extremely pleasant to work with (not to mention patient with all my questions). The value was fantastic. I needed a very small project done on my roof, however, it was still an important job. I called several roofing companies to come give me an estimate for the job. Each business confirmed that the job would only take about 30 mins or less from start-to-finish and the cost of supplies needed for the job would be less than $10 dollars. However, each roofing company I sought service from stated that no matter what job that needed to be done was, they charge a minimum fee. I was astounded and frankly furious at all of the numbers that were given to me. One company, Skywalker Roofing quoted me $799 to do the job while the lowest estimate I was given was $300 for the job. Then last Wed on Sept. 11th, I was at Lowe's Home Improvement getting some materials for my yard and saw a work vehicle towing a trailer that had the name Redeem Roofing on it. I walked up to the driver of the truck, stuck up a conversation with Travis Tatum, who turned out to be the company's owner, told him my situation, and just like that, he beat all the other companies prices and said he could have his company come to my house and fix my problem within a few days, (Skywalker's took two weeks just to come give me an estimate...again of $799.) The part of the roof that was fixed looks like new and I couldn't be happier with service I received from Redeem! I chose "Value" for this review, not just because of the price of the job, but because Travis was genuine, honest, and understanding that just because I didn't have some huge project, it didn't mean that what I needed done wasn't important. He made me feel like a priority and that's what great customer service is all about! Redeem just made another long term customer for themselves!

Travis & his crew were a pleasure to work with! I particularly appreciated the professional way that the project was laid-out, his help with choosing the roofing products that would benefit us the most, and the way Redeem Roofing responded when we had a problem with a tricky part of the roof. I found Travis to be very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond when we had a question or concern. Until we started talking about the project, there were several ancillary items that needed to be taken care of while the roof was being replaced, such as removal of an old antenna & dysfunctional solar panels, replacement of the plumbing vent-pipe boots, and a conversion from a small, electric attic fan to a more efficient ridge vent system. Travis' advice, and being able to have those sorts of things replaced/removed during the project was really convenient for us and made for a higher integrity roof structure when the project was complete. We were very pleased that Travis and the crew were more focused upon doing the job right than speed or cutting corners. I would highly recommend Travis & Redeem roofing if you want someone who is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and who's primary concern is the happiness of the customer and getting the job done right.

They told us what to expect and delivered. The material showed up the day before and they showed up the next morning at 7AM. We have a large and complex roof, but they showed up 4 days in a row at 7AM. And, they worked each day to around 7PM. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We needed a new roof and gutters and since we were getting to old to get on the ladders to paint the soffits and facia, we decided to get those replaced also. We contacted several companies to get estimates and found the costs varied greatly. Redeem’s estimate came in the lowest and also was the only company that gave us the manufacturer of all materials they would be using so we could check them out online. We have pine trees around our house and Travis gave us a choice of which gutter guard would be best for pine needles and we went with the ones he suggested. We also had them replace three windows in our vaulted ceiling and replace the roof on my workshop which was leaking. Once we decided to go with Redeem, Travis kept us informed of when they would be here and when they were here, Travis explained what they were doing and answered any questions we had. The workers were friendly and efficient and cleaned up everything each day. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the look of the roof plus we do not have to get up on the roof anymore to do maintenance. It pays to shop around but I would strongly recommend giving Redeem a call if you are looking for high quality work at a fair price.

Travis and his team were great to work with. I had a small job of taking down an unused leaky chimney and roofing over the hole. Other roofers acted like it wasn't worth their time once they found out I wasn't going to re-roof the whole house. Travis let me know that the shingles, in spite of their age, were in pretty good shape and didn't need to be changed yet. He worked with me on setting up a day to do it and when it rained that day, he still got it done on the next available day for me. But the best thing was the job he did matching the new shingles to the old. He went out of the way to find them when his regular supplier couldn't get it right. He even had his wife drive to Greensboro to pick them up! Friendly and courteous, he cleaned up the yard and left me and my wife with big smiles on our faces.

I was out of town when the started and finished replacing the roof shingles on my house. I left the project I was working at and made the 2 hour drive back to my house so that I could pay them for the work. When I drove up to my house other than thier truck parken in my driveway you would not have known they were ever there. Tavis sent me three pictures of the progress to my email, which was really a nice touch and appreciated. Travis and his team did a great job, they where on the job the day he said and finished when he said. I even had some other work that needed to be done on my roof and he repaired them also at little cost. They cleaned you after and I am very satisfied. I referred them to my mothers house for a repair and fixed it at little cost also. Very professional and courteous and I will refer them when ever I hear anyone needing roof work.

Travis and Justin did a marvelous job, pressure washing the house. Called ahead of time, to let you know he was coming and was very polite. Price was reasonable. Will hire him again.
