I can't say enough good things about Steve and this company! Let’s start with me calling him very early in the morning and he was on another line. He immediately texted me to let me know he was on another call, but my preferred contact method is texting anyway so I asked for an upfront quote. He asked a few clarifying questions, I sent a couple pictures, he provided an estimate, and he came out within hours to do the job. To say this was an easy process is an understatement. I spent the previous night and morning calling other plumbers who wanted to charge so much money for an estimate, or could put me on schedules a few days out. Steve made things simple, quick, and with a local feel that I very much appreciated. Within hours he not only fixed my leaking spigot but he installed a water shut off valve to make my life easier when it comes to our cold winters in STL and now I won’t have to worry about my pipe freezing every winter. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, but he also got the job done quickly and professionally while providing fair and upfront pricing. Thanks to Steve, I've found my new plumber for life. I don't leave reviews often unless I am truly amazed by their service, and Steve certainly exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend his services!

Steve was great and so helpful. I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in the next day. The guys arrived on time and had the old one out and the new one installed in 2 hours. There was a rebate from Spire and Steve had the paperwork all filled out and even had a stamp on it for me. All I had to do was put it in the mail. He worked with my home warranty company to make sure the water heater efficiency qualified for the best payout from the warranty company. I will definitely use this company again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

I contacted Anytime Plumbing when my outside faucet began leaking and I told him I was concerned about it with the cold weather coming. They got here a few hours later, replaced the faucet and put a shutoff on it for me. Work was done and everything cleaned up within an hour. All were so friendly and polite! Contacted Anytime Plumbing for water heater replacement. Steve called back and was straightforward on pricing and he scheduled for next day service.
The crew showed up on time, explained the work and efficiently completed in a timely manner. They also fixed (replaced) original main water shutoff valve.
All around excellent work and would recommend to friends and family for any plumbing needs.

Steve was quick to reply to all questions and concerns with getting a new water heater. Colton and Gabe assisted with the install and arrived timely and had the install completed very quickly and helped answer all follow up questions. I was so surprised that Steve was available when I called about my hot water heater. Spire had told me it was measuring carbon monoxide. Steve dropped his planned office work & came over. He had water heaters in his truck & replaced mine in a little more than 2 hours & even filled out a Spire rebate form. Mike was 100% amazing. He was very kind and quick to the job. He explained everything he was doing through his process and was thorough. Also, as a woman home alone, he was very respectful and didn't make anything feel uncomfortable as other plumbers/maintenance have done. Steve responded to my original message in literally two minutes and was out the same day to do a water heater replacement. While he was here, I asked if he had time to look at a different pipe problem to get an estimate for a later fix... but they were able to take care of that issue same day as well! Everything was done for a very reasonable price and the final cost was exactly what his original estimate said. Highly recommended!

Our sink started leaking at 7:30 am on Christmas Day.  After calling our usual plumber--they didn't answer.  I couldn't even find the main turn off valve to the house so I was in a bind. I called another 7 plumbing companies.  While on the phone, Steve with Anytime called me back, asked me to send him a picture and within an hour he was at my door (a 30 mile drive for him).  He fixed my issue, gave me good advice and was unfailingly upbeat about coming to help my on Christmas morning.  By 10:30 he and Mike were finished and on their way TO THIER NEXT APPOINTMENT.  You read correctly, they were headed to another appointment on Christmas.  I can't say enough good things about Steve and Anytime Plumbing.  They work on commercial buildings/facilities and residential homes.  Highly recommend!

Our house is in small town DeSoto where the sewer lines date back before the 1900s. After dealing with roots in the clay lines for years, it was time fix the problem. Drew Duffner (Dr. Drew) responded immediately, assessed the situation and new what needed to be done. Drew being from DeSoto is familiar with the challenges of an old town and has the experience to update issues to current standards. Drew and his right hand man Ian jumped in and fixed our issue in record breaking time at a fair price. It's hard to find a good plumbing service in a small town that can correct an issue in a timely and professional manner and still give you the value needed.. Awesome customer service on top of the high skills! I called today and the problem was fixed today. Steve and Jason were so great and got right to work finding the cause of the leak in my basement. When calling for an estimate, I could just tell by talking to Steve over the phone that he was a knowledgeable, fair, and honest guy. I can not say enough on how great the service is with this company.
I called to get pricing and info to have hot water heater replaced and they went over everything with me over the phone and was able to offer great pricing compared to other companies I had talked with. Ian arrived the next day to do the install and was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner.
Unfortunately I have had to deal with several plumbing companies since I purchased my home a year ago and not one of them provided the professionalism and knowledge that Anytime plumbing has.

Let me start by saying, even if you think you are capable of doing a "quick" plumbing job yourself, don't. Call these guys first. I attempted to install new hardware on my kitchen sink and failed miserably.
I called Anytime this morning and originally they could not fit me in, but gave me solid recommendations. Before I could even call their recommendation, Steve (who was super nice) called back and sent Ian over..he was at my house within 6 minutes of the phone call.
Ian was absolutely a joy to have in my house. Personable, knowledgeable, and expedient. He had me fixed up within 40 minutes, charged me very fairly, and won my business over for life.
As a small business owner myself, I appreciate everything about my experience with this company! They will be the first company I recommend from here on out. Thanks guys!

Awesome awesome awesome! Steve and Ian are the best. Ian was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He arrived to my house at 2:30ish and didn’t leave until around 7:00pm to make sure we had water. They really helped me out with a water leak when no one else was able to help because they were all backed up until the following week. Timely response, water heater replaced on the day that I requested, arrived on time, efficiently completed service, cleaned up well. Steve told me that there was a Spire rebate-he completed the rebate form and placed in an addressed and stamped envelope….all I needed to do was mail it. Being a new homeowner and never having a gas water heater I was a little lost when the pilot light went out. My model is newer so I was confused. I thought I had followed the directions correctly (I hadn’t) I called anytime plumbing due to their great reviews. Wow! I cannot say enough about Anytime Plumbing. We had a massive leak from our water heater and Steve was able to come right out (on a Saturday!!!!!) and actually found the problem - coming from our furnace! He fixed it in a jiffy! He is such a nice person on top of it! Highly recommend!!! They will be my GO to in the future and will be sure to refer him!!

I called Anytime Plumbing on a Fri explaining that I had an old hot water heater that was leaking from within the jacketed insulation. Two awesome plumbers showed up on Monday to replace it (I’m blanking on their names...).

They found some existing issues with the way the venting ran up through an old chimney (3 story house from 1875). The plumbers on site and as well as Steve over the phone gave me all the information I needed to make a well informed decision on how to proceed.

Overall, I am very impressed with their customer service as well as technical skills. These are the plumbers I will call in the future!

Sprung a leak in the water heater expansion tank. Naturally on Saturday, about noon. Called several plumbers, couldn't get help until Monday. Finally the list hit on the aptly-named "Anytime" Plumbing. Steve answered the phone, and showed up and stopped the leak within about 2 hours from first contact. Time for a new water heater etc. anyhow. Steve and assistant came Monday and did the works. Took care of the Spire rebate forms as well. New plumber at the top of my recommendation list. Thanks guys.

Steve, Drew, and the crew are amazing! I had a bathroom with a handicapped bathtub (and an overall 1980's vibe) and they had it gutted and completely rehabbed in 4.5 days! They cleaned up after each day, childproofed what they left behind because I have a 6 year old, and even swept out my entire garage since they were using it as an entry point. I worked from home during the rehab and they communicated well when needing to cut water and come in and out the home. I loved that they had a young apprentice with them learning the trade and you could tell they all had a great working relationship and enjoyed what they do. My sister plans on hiring them to do plumbing on the shuttle bus she is converting and I will be calling them back when it's time to upgrade my kitchen!

As a REALTOR, I’m always asked for contractor referrals. Steve surpassed my expectations for Service, Quality Workmanship, & Professionalism! Don’t waste your time getting other quotes, because you’re probably just going to end up calling Steve back. He informed me both he and his partner are both Master Plumbers! Wow! Had the best plumbing experience today. Last week I purchased a water heater and had another Plumbing company install it. Big mistake! A pipe developed a leak so I called Anytime. Steve came first thing this morning and added a PRV and a ball valve at my main While I had Steve there I asked him about a leak below my sink. He told me what the Issue was and sent his partner Drew over to complete it. They were up front with what we needed to have done and the cost. Very reasonable and both were both knowledgeable and friendly. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Anytime Plumbing really worked with me and came through for my daughter and I at a time when I thought we were doomed (COVID-19). I got a quote late one evening and they were out the next morning. It is rare to find a company that responds immediately, has exceptional customer service, and is so highly skilled and at a great rate. I actually purchased my water heater from Lowe's and paid for the install. A kid technician showed up and looked at the job and said no way I can do this it is too complicated due to the confined space. The technician left and Lowe's refunded my money. I turned to Home Advisor and Anytime Plumbing called immediately. Steve came right away and did an excellent job and I could not be happier plus he is so outgoing and cares his customer.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My water heater died on New Years Eve, and I called in the late morning on New Years day. To my surprise, Steve answered! He apologized up and down for not being able to come out that afternoon but he was already booked up. I was honestly not expecting him to even answer, let alone be able to come out that day or even the next day as other plumbing companies were looking to schedule a week out. Not only was Steve working on a holiday, he was able to come out the next morning to install a new water heater!

When Steve arrived, he was very detailed in what had happened to my previous water heater and showed me the problem and explained why it was best to replace the whole tank versus replacing the part.

Overall I was very pleased with the work and will be calling Steve again!

From the very beginning Anytime Plumbing was on top of things. Before giving a quote he found out what problems we were having. He gave me multiple options to resolve our problem. We set a time for them to come out and install our new tank. They showed up about 2 minutes early. They were in and out. Within 1 3/4 hours, tools put away, old tank removed from our home and floor was clean like nothing was done. These guys are Great, I wish all of the companies I hire were like Anytime Plumbing.

Our sump pump stopped working on a Saturday morning at 4 AM in the middle of a downpour. Was one of HomeAdvisor s top 3 selections. Steve called back Monday morning and gave a phone quote, but I was getting other bids. I called him back that afternoon to set apt up. he said 8:30 am, next morning; 8:30am Tuesday, it was. He said 3 Hours; 3 hours and it was all done. Once again, Drew came through! We have an older home, approximately 80 years old. Things can be difficult but Drew always comes through!

We had a pretty bad leak in one of the pipes in our basement. I contacted Drew once we figured out the problem. He returned our call in less than 3 minutes. His schedule was tight, however, he made time for us and fixed the problem within a few days.

All I can say is this young man is amazing! For the last 12+ years he has taken care of us and has saved us thousands of dollars because of his knowledge!

We had Steve replace two water heaters that had fallen into disrepair. I called him largely because he had great reviews. The reviews were spot on. After initially speaking with him on Friday afternoon on the phone, Steve drove to our house on a Sunday afternoon and gave me a quote. We then scheduled the water heaters to be replaced on Wednesday (largely driven by my schedule). The workmanship was wonderful and Steve is just a great guy. I would highly recommend.

Steve and his brother- in- law Mario showed up exactly when they said they would. They got to work and within 1.5 hours they had the new hot water installed and the water back on. The price they quoted on the phone was the price they charged, no surprises. The price they charged was in the same range as the other two quotes I received. Steve took time after the installation to show me the new equipment and explain some of the features to me. He even filled out almost all of the rebate paperwork and provided a stamped and addressed the envelope. I would highly recommend Anytime Plumbing to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

The first night in our new house, we knew something was wrong because the hot water would not come on no matter what we tried.

Steve stayed in contact with me all morning to explain the situation and the next day before it was time for lunch he had installed our new water heater.

Turns out our old water heater was old enough to drink. Steve was efficient, gave us peace of mind with his stellar credentials and expertise, and even advised us on how to get rebates and make claims to recoup the cost of the new tank, though it was reasonably priced as it was.

We had an emergency-broken down old hot water heater w/need for family showers (amidst mid-July heat warning). They could have charged Rush $$$, as we were in dire need, but Steve billed it as if our job was routine. Steve was very helpful and answered everything. Drew had a beard (actually Drew was very efficient and great, but Steve told me to give it to him). I really liked that I dealt with the people I was bringing in to replace my water heater. The project was done quickly and everything looks great. The price came in at a very reasonable cost, and they did not try to upsell me at any time, even when there was potential to do so. Drew was amazing not only was is professional and courteous he explained everything about how the water heater worked. He informed me of the rebate and had everything filled out except my part which he explained in detail. Drew showed up on time and could not have been more personable. Upon completion of the instillation I asked him what products he would recommend for a slow draining sink in my teenagers bathroom. He said he would take a look. Within a few minutes he had removed a large hunk of hair and the drain was unclogged. He recommended that I get a "Hair Snake", which I purchased at Home Depo for less than $3.00. I asked Drew how much did I owe him for removing the clog and he said no charge...WHO DOES THAT? Well I guess Anytime Plumbing does. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. Do not hesitate to call them you will not be disappointed with the quality, price or customer service.

Steve is awesome. For some background, he was the first person to respond to my request for a water heater replacement. I never go with the first choice. It s just who I am. I prefer to do a lot of research before I make a decision. Steve gave me a no-hassle, no-pressure quote for a new water heater with installation. I decided to shop around. I proactively called four other places. They were all about DOUBLE the price that Steve quoted me. And none of them mentioned the Spire rebate to me like Steve did. So then my radar went up. I find in life that you usually get lower quality for lower prices. Was this too good to be true? So I went back and looked at Steve s ratings. EVERYONE rated him a 5 out of 5 stars. Then I literally read everyone s message. You can game the rating system these days but I just had a hunch that this guy was for real. So I gave him a shot. Long story short, he was punctual, professional, educational, pleasant, and most importantly delivered high quality service and a new high quality water heater for WAY less than the competition. You should hire Steve for your next plumbing project. Period. And you too will rate him a 5.

I could tell from the moment Steve arrived (right on time), that he was a very personable guy and knew how to talk to people. He was already prepared with everything he needed for my hot water installation, sitting ready by my backyard gate. Steve (a master plumber) worked very meticulously as if he had installed a million of these hot water heaters and expansion tanks which he probably has over his long career. As I said, Steve has a great personality and we talked for the entire time he worked installing (or I guess I bugged him the entire time...lol), but he worked non-stop until the job was done. He also made sure that new heater and tank were placed exactly where I wanted them before he made the final welds. When he left my house I had a new 50 gal. VERY pleased with Anytime Plumbing and the owner Steve. We had a 25 year old water heater that quit working on Saturday. Steve called within a few hours of posting on HomeAdvisors to see if we had an emergency. I was able to get the pilot re-lit to get one tank of hot water for Sunday showers.. What I liked about Steve is he was able to quote me a price over the phone on Sunday and also gave me a couple options for replacing the HWH. We chose the better Rheem HWH since we plan to be here a long time. He was here at 8:45 Monday morning and we had hot water in this beautiful new Rheem Platinum HWH by noon. Very professional with Installation and felt confident that he knows what he's doing. Nice to have a master plumber for installation when working with gas and plumbing. Besides doing an excellent and efficient job at installation, Steve is just a nice personable guy who obviously likes what's he's doing. I don't expect any problems but if there were, know Steve would be there to back up his work during or after warranty. That's a good feeling. Would highly recommend Anytime Plumbing Services for any plumbing work, but especially if you need a new HWH.

I contacted Steve from Anytime Plumbing with a hot water heater issue. Steve and I spoke about my options. I was leaning towards a complete water heater replacement, but then Steve suggested I call this guy named Mark and have him look at it. Mark is not associated with Anytime Plumbing. Steve was willing to lose the sale of a new hot water heater in order to get me the best possible outcome. Anytime plumbing is a honest company, not looking to make a easy buck but willing to take the steps necessary to help the customer. If you are tired of being swindled by big name plumbing companies who are only concerned about making money then I suggest you call Anytime Plumbing and talk to Steve.

Steve is the man!

After going two months in the winter with no water heater, due to a run around with a different company trying to repair our old water heater, we finally cut our losses and decided to buy a new water heater.

After researching several companies, we found Anytime Plumbing Services, Inc. online. On every site we looked (BBB, Google Reviews, HomeAdvisor, Anytime Plumbling website) their reviews were great. Let me just say, they were right. We called Steve Thursday night, and he and Drew brought out and installed a water heater by the end of the next work day. They fit us in their schedule, at the time we requested. Their rate was very fair and reasonable, and you can tell they care more about the customer than the bottom line. Incredibly personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest, clean and reliable. They did great work, and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. Seriously, hire them.

Very satisfied with the work. Very accommodating. Would definitely use them again. Steve had to disconnect a hot water line to a slop sink faucet to clear some debris that dislodged from the htw removal. The line leaked after he left. They came back and replaced the line for me. The new My only negative feedback was that the new hot water heater was dented. I know it does not affect the performance but when you spent $1,000 on a new unit it would be nice if it didnâ t come with dents.

Man, after fighting my home warranty company for 2 whole weeks to get my water heater replaced, Steve was a godsend. He was one of the first plumbers I called (started with Home Depot/Tri-State and a few other bigger companies, and they weren't going to be super quick about getting it done) and I knew immediately that I had found my plumber. Steve definitely has his customers best interests in mind, and he took the time to lay it all out for me. We had a good time chatting as he worked, and the install is top notch! Master plumber / owner, Mr. Steve Plodzien provide exceptional service in installation of a new 50 gallon water heater at my residence. In addition, to the installation he also applied for the permit through St. Louis County and made arrangements for the actual inspection. My water heater was inspected for proper installation and met all code enforcement regulations. What I like best about the services rendered, my water heater was installed properly and expeditiously without delays. Mr. Plodzien was able to quote me a price over the phone and the installation price was reasonable. Separate from the manufacturers warranty on the water heater, a two year warranty including parts and labor was provided on the workmanship performed to install the water heater at my residence. I highly recommend this plumber.

Had a leaking supply line to my toilet and needed help ASAP.  Heard back from Steve with AP and he went the extra mile to get a guy here within the hour! Steve is not only a Master Plumber, I'm giving him a new, higher title - Master Plumber Extraordinaire! He went further than above and beyond! He was great to work with and explained everything from start to finish. He got my water heater installed, discovered that the control switch was defective and instead of dumping the problem on the manufacturer and having one of their technicians come out to replace the control box, he went and got another brand new unit without one single complaint. He said this had never happened before and never stopped apologizing for the issue. Of course, I knew it wasn't his fault and even told him he could come back the next day instead of going out of his way to get a new one right then but he wouldn't have it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He truly cares about his customers and that is so rare nowadays. He also worked out financing with me and even filled out all of the paperwork for the Spire rebate and walked me through that process. Steve is one of few people who have impressed me and now I have my plumber for life! I highly recommend Steve and will tell everyone I know about him. HomeAdvisor came through again!

Project: 1. Replace Sump Pump, 2. Replace Pressure reducing valve (PRV) and expansion tank on Water heater. Both plumbing jobs were done well. Steve (Master Plumber) took the time to explain what happened with the Expansion tank due to the bad PRV. He also made 2 trips, one to estimate the jobs and a 2nd to do the work. Steve is also a good person. Fun to talk to, especially after the work is done. I'm certain that I will call Anytime Plumbing again for plumbing work. And I recommend them.

He re-engineered a very bad and leaky configuration of the supply lines and valves under the kitchen sink, as well as install the new faucet. Also gave advice on other plumbing issues. WOW!! this company no these guys were great. Called me within 30 minutes of me asking for a quote. Explained in detail what needed to be done an estimate was given. Found a faulty valve which I'm not no one would have told me about. Estimate came right in at the price we discussed. Great experience all around. I was surprised to hear Steve answering the phone, instead of another recording with a long menu to choose from about who I was, where did I live, why was I calling their company, did I need service right away or when they got around to it, etc. With Anytime, I spoke to a living human each time I called, the water heater was installed within two days of when I first called, and the price was way lower than other companies had bid. Sorry this post is late...back in March when STL had lost of rain. I came home from work to a broken sump pump! i would recommend steve to anyone. in fact already gave his card to a friend of mine and a recommendation to my sister. the water heater works fine and cleaned up any water that leaked on the floor. really satisfied with steve.

Steve was responsive, professional and thorough. What else could you ask for? He and I coordinated my Water Heater install. I ordered the water heater at Home Depot over the phone. He picked up the new unit at the store and installed it. All waist, including the old water heater, was removed. The only way you can tell he was here is that the new water heater is sitting where the old one was. Did I mention he IS a Master Plumber. Check around. There aren’t that many plumbers carrying that designation. It takes education and hard work to achieve.

Steve makes every effort to please his customer and as a master plumber has received a great deal of training in order to accomplish that. He is very personable and tries to accomplish the task quickly. He installed a sump pump for us and assured us if there were any problems he would correct them as soon as possible.

If you have multiple bids USE ANYTIME PLUMBING SERVICES! Steve is great! On President's Day we had an emergency toilet repair and a valve that wouldn't shut off all the way. So I used Thumbtack and Steve called right away. He could tell we needed help. I told my wife that he was the nicest guy I have ever talked with on the phone. And then when he showed up, quickly I might add, he was as nice or nicer in person. Then he did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

Steve is a throwback to what great customer service once was in this country. I had on the surface what should of been a easy install of a hot water heater. Well after 3 water heaters and several hours of work spanning 2 days and with the help of Eric the electrician, Mario his brother in law and Drew his plumber friend Steve installed the water heater. it was a odd set up of the breakers that caused all the confusion .but Steve never gave up or just said that's it I'm done..He pressed on and did whatever he had to do to get the job done.I would hire Steve anytime to do my plumbing work as I know he will get the job done and done right. Fair and honest to a fault. Thank you Steve!

STEVE FROM ANYTIME PLUMBING IS AN AMAZING MASTER PLUMBER. MY WATER HEATER WENT OUT ABOUT 8 DAYS AGO AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY FOR THIS HOME REPAIR. I WAS BLESSED AND WAS ABLE TO GET A BRAND NEW 50 GALLON WATER HEATER FROM SEARS ON A LEASE IT PROGRAM FOR $70. I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH JOY. THE NEXT OBSTACLE WAS TO FIND AN AFFORDABLE PLUMBER. I WOKE UP AT 3AM AND BEGAN TO GOOGLE WATER HEATER REPAIR AND I FILLED OUT AN ONLINE INQUIRY AND WITHIN MINUTES STEVE FROM ANYTIME PLUMBING SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE A 3AM. I GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO CALL ME AND HE BEGAN TO GIVE ME A QUOTE. I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY FOR THIS REPAIR AND THAT I HAD GOT AN AMAZING DEAL ON THE WATER HEATER FROM SEARS. Later that evening the water was not hot enough, and I couldn't see a way to increase the temperature. I suspected it was set at the factory, but I like really hot water.
