We were in a race to replace our hot water heater before its slow leak got worse. Bill was great to communicate with. We were lucky and the hot water heater was covered under warranty. Once I got the return authorization number, Bill took care off the rest. He promptly came on our scheduled day and was able to swap out the hot water heater in no time. Bill was friendly, clean and very efficient. I would highly recommend Bill for your plumbing needs

I had an emergency with my water heater and I needed a plumber to replace it however many plumbers had no time and their price was out of control until I received a call back in 10 minutes leaving a message. Bill worked with trying very hard to make sure I received a water heater under my warrantee and finding a warehouse that was not going to charge a large fee, Bill is now our family's plumber and we are grateful for having not just a great plumber but also knowing that we have a baby in the house he made sure to make us a priority to get the job done! I have recommended him to many of my family and friends!

Bill did excellent work for us on a 1 bedroom accessory dwelling unit that we built in Somerville MA. He was prompt, and communicative, reasonable with his pricing and honest throughout the process. I would recommend his work to anyone needing plumbing work in eastern Massachusetts.

I called Bill when my first plumber turned into a nightmare, my first plumber delayed my kitchen remodel for 7 weeks. When I called Wm E Stanley plumbing on the recommendation of a friend, I told Bill what was happening, he told me he couldn't come out right away, but he came when he said he would, a few days later. He fixed all the problems the previous plumber made and we passed inspection. Unlike my previous plumber, Wm E Stanley was neat and cleaned up their work site, and did their work without excuses.
I would definitely recommend Bill and his team! Thanks for the help!

Plumber Bill Stanley, and assistant Billy came to my house today and completed work on my rotted shower pipe and replaced the leaky shower head and adjusted the flapper on the toilet. The workmanship was excellent and completed in a timely manner. He answered his phone when we called. While all the other plumbers we called went to their answering service and didn't get back to us till 2 or 3 days later. We were impressed by their professionalism right from the start. We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends. If we have any plumbing problems in the future we know who to call.

Bill came and put a new water heater in my home quick and easy and took the old one out with him. He quoted cheaper than 4 other companies and I felt comfortable with him in my home while I was at work. Affordable, easy, good service. A++

He arrived the next morning at the time he said he would. About two hours later a new water heater was installed. Took the old one away and I paid the price he quoted. Very happy with his work.

Had a heating emergency 2 weeks ago. Bill answered the phone and came out within a few hours. The 40 year old system was on it's last breath. Bill gave us a fair estimate on a new gas boiler and water heating system. Scheduled the installation in less than a week. The new system is smaller, quieter and much more efficient. Very happy!
