Rob and his fabulous team did a gorgeous job, and it was finished on schedule!!!! We get compliments on the work all the time. He is Mr. Can Do. We were, quite honestly, amazed since one of the projects was tricky. The basement turned out so beautifully, we had him and his crew renovate our entire upstairs. It was a complicated, difficult job and it is now a show stopper. He had great suggestions as well, attention to detail and quality workmanship. We cannot recommend this company enough. The two renovations (basement and second floor) are now our favorite rooms in our home. Thank you, Rob!!!!!!

I decided to add a bathroom and finish part of my basement so my grown children and teenage grandchildren would have their own space and visit more often. Best investment I ever made!
Several of my neighbors had work done by The Finished Basement and were highly satisfied. I called to set up an appointment with Rob and within 3 days I was telling him my vision of how I would like my basement to look. I made several changes along the way and all I can honestly state is this man has patience of a Saint! Rob made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way and if not it was done over again. At some point during the project I told Rob not to listen to me and placed my total trust in him.
I truly appreciate his commitment, his subcontractors and his demand for excellent workmanship. The completed projects exceeded all of my expectations.
Rob is a man of high integrity and every subcontractor he sent here was trustworthy.
I highly recommend The Finished Basement for any project you may have if you are looking for excellent service and workmanship.

We hired Rob to finish approx 600 sq ft of basement space in Mashpee. After getting multiple estimates we decided on Rob as he provided the most detail, best communication and a fair price. We were not disappointed. Rob delivered the project on time and as promised. Any issues that arose were handled promptly. From beginning to end it was easy to communicate with Rob and he kept us in the loop on progress and next steps.
Rob transformed our basement from dark unfinished space to amazing family room, half bath, and laundry closet that we have been enjoying ever since.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job over the winter updating our laundry room to a bathroom. We had a bathroom expanded to include a shower. They moved the laundry over to stackable and add the walking shower. Having a bathroom on the first floor has been very handy. This is the second time using the Finished Basement

We hired Rob and his team to finish our basement. We are not from the area, but we had several houses in our neighborhood use him before us and they all had raving reviews. We still did our due diligence and got a few quotes before moving forward with Rob. He was courteous and professional throughout the whole process. He was easy to work with and was always a phone call or a text away if we had any questions. All of the subs he worked with were wonderful and professional as well. We love our new space thanks to Rob and his team.

We are extremely pleased with the results. Rob worked with us to meet our specific objectives. His craftsmen were skilled, neat, clean, pleasant and cooperative. The work was finished on time. Rob did an excellent job of keeping us informed of any changes in the schedule, of which there were few, and any unanticipated issues were dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. His price was fair and competitive. We will choose him again should the opportunity arise!
