I was having some work done on my house and the crew was getting ready to start when the foreman advised that I needed the house grounded before he could start. I called TSI and within a hour TSI had an electrician run by to take care of our needs when they knew the urgency of our situation. I was very impressed with TSI, and especially with the electrician Brandon for his responsiveness and professionalism. I will use TSI from now on and recommend them very highly.

Called in the morning to ask to have someone come out and check out my connections due to multiple flickering lights and outlets. Spoke with a very nice lady to set up the appointment and she was able to get a service tech out in the early afternoon to fix the situation. He quickly assessed the situation and tightened some loose connections. We will use TSI again. Thank you for sending someone out quickly as we were worried we were dealing with a fire hazard.

We were thrilled with the job Tsi did on our home's electrical needs. They knew what they were doing, cleaned up after them selves. We have not had any issues with the electrical work to date. The workers on site were on time, professional and pleasant. I would recommend using them for any electrical needs you may have. I certainly will use TSI again on any future projects.

I requested an estimate to replace my 200 amp electrical panel and it was done in a timely fashion. All of the other companies that I called only had an answering machine and never returned my call. I accepted the estimate and ask them to scheduled an appointment for installation. They called to back with a recommend installation date and asked if that would work for me. The service technician showed up and completed all of the work in one visit. My invoice for the work was exactly the amount on the estimate plus sales tax for materials. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great customer service. We needed a light installed in our 2 story foyer and the job was completed quickly and professionally. There was a mix-up in scheduling but the company took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Only reason one star was deducted was because the workers had dirty boots, or the latter that was used was dirty, and my entry way rug was stained beyond the ability of a vacuum to remedy.

Unfortunately, since my last review of this company, things haven't gone so well. The work has been complete at our home for weeks, and they have not sent us an invoice. We're concerned they are not sure how much time/materials were spent on the job, and the uncertainty is very troubling. The work has been great, but follow through and billing has not been good. Something you should consider if you have a large residential project you're managing yourself.

I normally don't update reviews - but I feel I have to provide one here. Since I wrote my 5 star review, I've had a tough time getting my final invoice from TSI. I am sure there's a good explanation, but the majority of work we had done in our home was done weeks ago and I have still not gotten my final invoice. The uncertainty associated with the cost is really concerning me and my husband. Making matters worse is the fact that I've emailed them several times and feel like I'm getting the run around. It's a shame, because I otherwise had a really good experience with this company. I just hope the reason for the delay in getting the invoice isn't because they do not know how much time/materials were spent on the job. Every other person we hired submitted their invoices to us weeks ago. TSI is an exceptional group of professional electricians! The team assigned to our job has been professional, responsive and really hard working. They take their work very seriously and I highly recommend them! Ask for Brandon Rolf's help, he's been our point person and he was alway very knowledgeable and responsive.

I really appreciate the fine work that TSI did for our subdivision. The person that did the estimate for the work showed up when he said he was going to and he was very knowledgeable. I asked for the person actually doing the work to call me when he arrived at the subdivision gates. The electrician correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue when two other electricians I called wanted to hire a boring machine at a cost of well over $4000! TSI was able to clear the conduit and even pull the new wires at a cost of less than 10% of that amount. I highly recommend them. 5/5 stars.

What a wonderful experience. I was not able to give my full attention to the instillation of my generator. TSI took care of everything, freeing me to complete other tasks for a new home owner. Very professional company committed to doing the right thing. Was very happy with emergency replacement of circuit breaker box for welded old box prior to leaving town for vacation. Install was very professional. Unfortunately contractors model box was accidentally installed. TSI was very committed to do the right thing and arranged replacement with the copper bus model I wanted. Even though cost difference between the two boxes was minimal they did the right thing and replaced the box with the one I wanted even though their labor cost was doubled. The installer "Bill" was very polite and professional and I was impressed with the install. I have a degree in electrical engineering and could not be happier with the job. Highly recommended.
