Prompt and professional. We just finished our kitchen renovation, Charter handled all the electrical work from demo to final inspection. They were priced very fair when compared to two other contractors. Communication was excellent. I will use them again for any electrical work in the future.

Kevin is great. He arrived right when he said he would, got right to work and finished by 3pm. He cleaned up every mess he made. We had a good time getting to know each other. I would recommend him anytime and will ask for him whenever I need more work done.

Kevin was superb, great work, very pleased, you need more Kevin's on your payroll. Even the office gal was great to work with. I took a chance line to find an electrician to trust, I amazed myself in my search. Will use your company again and highly recommend you. I am delighted with the results. I was only to get an estimate, but after talking with Kevin, decided he would be rhe person to do the job, and gratefully he had a cancellation and did my job right away. Electrician Joe came out to my home today and actually really made me and my home feel safe. He took time out to survey the property and shared with me all his findings of electrical issues. I'm a elderly senior and just knowing that when I go to bed at night, I'm safe and will get a good night's sleep.
He even saw issues with the garage and proceeded to repair them. Like most Companies in the heat of the Day, no one wants to be outside BUT Electrician Joe repaired the problem and maintained a soft spoken voice.
If ever I need an electrician I will definitely call Charter Electric again.

Kevin and Charter Electric were top notch. Right from the start of scheduling the estimate all the way through the full execution, Kevin was more than on top of things. Excellent communication, fair and reasonable prices, as well as flexibility to help with my budget. In addition they were able to get me in right away. There might have been a bit less expensive average per hour electricians out there, but Charter got us in the next day on our time, since we had Dr's appointments that day and we called the night before when issue arised. Joe showed up on time, communicated before he arrived, did his troubleshooting safely and fixed the problem within a timely and professional manner. Honest, humorous, experienced, straight to the point good and smart business. Real impressed. Thank you.

Fortunately, Charter could commit to a scheduled appointment on the same day. From making the appointment, I received confirmation via text and email. When the technician, Estevan, was assigned the job, I received a text from him introducing himself and giving me his ETA. Estevan is personable and knowledgeable for his young age. His work is nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Charter and Estevan.

Joe was fabulous. I had 2 other service people try correct a problem left by the general contractor. One was from a different electric service company. Neither completed all that needed to be done. Scott, the manager made the right call to reschedule the appointment so Joe could do the work. Joe kept running into issues which of course each took time we didn’t expect. I finally feel that the vented stove exhaust is installed and working correctly thanks to Joe and his manager Scott

Our technician, Kevin was prompt, courteous and very competent. He replaced two light switches and clearly explained which GFI receptacles and circuit breakers controlled the current.

Charter exceeded all expectations and I can't recommend them highly enough. Joe took care of some difficult Ethernet runs for security cameras (2nd story interior to 1st story exterior). I thought it would require external conduit, but he was able to keep everything inside house up until the termination point. The work was professional, clean, timely, and fairly priced.

Had them scheduled in no time for a switch replacement/expansion, installation of a ceiling fan and installation of outlet for TV mount (job also included installation of mount). Estevan arrived on time and his work was excellent and very tidy. Will definitely keep Charter Electric on my list of preferred contractors.

Over the span of 1year and a few months, we had Charter install a electrical line for our spa. Upon the initial hookup to the spa, all seemed ok. then the power was out on the spa. Charter was pretty expedient on coming out to remedy however over the course of 3 days, the power kept going off.

Charter had to come back out after just a few weeks b/c the line wasn’t buried properly and had to be rerouted/deeper to which I paid an additional $800+. Only to have the power go out again a short time after. Waited 2 weeks to get it fixed only to have to dig again and replace parts. So for three months I had to endure these woes.

Charter was rather responsive however, the overall experience and tuition was seemingly avoidable. $2000+ later, I’m hoping it’s the last time I have to call them back out to ensure my spa has electricity. Nice people but didn’t like the blame game for the ongoing.

Did the electrical for my pool pump and the bonding / grounding for my pool. Not very typical electrical work, but they got it done. They also stood by their work and made every change the inspector wanted (city inspector was ridiculous) coming back with no complaints or hassles within hours, not days.

Called and made an appointment for the following week. When the day came no one showed up, so I called again and they said I wasn't on the schedule for the day but they had an opening for later that day. So they said they'd have someone out to my house later that day.

The electrician (Joe) was almost an hour late to my house but once he did show up he was very professional and did good work.

Scott was very friendly and happy to help me through some DIY repair steps; which was very helpful and showed good character.
When we determined a professional should be involved, Joe was assigned to the task.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable, getting the job done quickly and helping me understand exactly what was being done throughout.
The price was slightly higher than expected ($450 for swapping a breaker) but overall I'm satisfied with the service that was provided.

After calling a couple other places, and was looking at a two week wait just for someone to come out and give me an estimate, I called Charter. An electrician (Kenny) arrived the next day and gave me a price, which I thought was very reasonable. Kenny returned the following Tuesday and completed the work, which looks fantastic. Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I know I will be using Charter for any electrical needs in the future.

I needed a ceiling fan installed so I put a request on Angie's List and within a matter of 3 minutes I had a call from Scott at Charter Electric. I told him what I needed, he gave me a good price and he had somebody out here within a matter of a couple of hours. The young man that came out very good, very professional very personable and did an excellent job. Based on this experience I would definitely call them again if I need electrical work done and I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
