Max was awesome!! He came to assess for our treatment on Friday February 2nd, he did a thorough job of checking every where. He explained what all was going to be done and the game plan for him and his crew to do it!!

Darren came for our inspection and second treatment as we had a horrible infestation. The first treatment got probably 90% + and once we got our bed replaced and now are having the second treatment we and they believe we’re going to be fine! Darren was very pleasant and explained what they were doing this time and said while they treated they didn’t see any live. Very patient and understanding as I tend to over talk and overthink about this. Will recommend this company and their crews to every one.

Max with Green Home Pest control came out to my house this morning because I have been having issues with small black ants. He was very familiar with my issue and knew exactly what to do. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful but he was very kind and friendly. Prompt at addressing issues if there are any. Dave is the BEST technician we have had yet with Green Home pest control!! The chemicals they use never smell and work amazing! We have not had one scorpion in our house this year and we've only seen one spider in the house. We frequently see dead roaches outside belly up which indicates how well the pesticides work. The best $55 I spend for any service we get for our home!!

After seeing some scorpions in car garage, I asked my HOA members and one of them recommended them. I called them yesterday. They were very responsive and setup first service for today. I just had my initial service done. I was told they will have someone between 4 and 6. The person showed up right on time if not few minutes earlier. I described what I have seen around what parts of our house. He promptly got to work and did inside spray, then moving on to outside. Finally finishing up by putting new traps and sapping any cobwebs outside. He pointed me to one of the location outside that had few bugs and he has taken care of it. Extremely happy with the promptness of setting up service and being thorough when performing the service. Guys are extremely professional and listen to issues. Highly recommend them. Thanks

Their Technician Jacob arrived within the time window & called ahead of time to say he was on the way. He was very polite and represents the company well. This was a 'flush out' initial service, so he took the time to explain the various treatments he was doing and answered all questions.

Super pleased with how the company owned up to their mistakes and did what they could to make it right. It always feels good when a company works with you and doesn't just toss you aside. Thanks for the call Angela. I've used Green routinely for pest control for years without any major issues. Day of correspondence has always been pretty poor with questionable reliability that they would actually show up in their time window. Quality of service has been fine, at least in the house ive had no pest issues. Where they lost me was with their poor customer service after needing to reschedule after they showed up unannounced. They showed up one day without notification and I told them it wasn't a good time. They cancelled the appt and I called back at a later day to reschedule. Id wait for their allotted window and no one would show. Id try again, reschedule... wait... no show. After inquiring why this keeps happening they told me my appts are being auto-cancelled since i cancelled once before and they put me down as going with a different company... What? What kind of system is that?! What's the point in calling in to schedule an appt if you're just going to cancel it automatically? And so what if i did use another company. I'm still calling you to schedule a service. It seems a little presumptuous to assume I can only use one company.  What's more is I've now rearranged my schedule multiple times to meet their windows and they are just cancelling appts without notifying. I'm incredibly disappointed in the company and would recommend to others to think twice before committing to their routine schedules as they apparently don't value your time.

We have been using Green Home Pest Control for a few years now. All of their service technicians have been friendly and professional. They email to remind us of the upcoming scheduled maintenance. On the day of service they ring the doorbell to let me know they are there and ask if there are any specific areas of concern. When they are do e they leave a card showing when they finished and who the technician was in case you have questions.
We just found termites in our garage and Green Home sent Cameron out the next day to do a free thorough inspection. He explained the options we would have for abatement and followed with an email quote the same day. Daren is phenomenal to work with. He has done the yard bug maintenance and today took care of the termites. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner too!

We have used them for a while now.  I have found that at least 2 times we have had them back because the ants or little bugs in back yard show up again within a week or 2. Two times now they have not shown up for appts.  They said they send us a text but we do not text. I made sure they know that now.  We have them come every two months and have not had a problem with them trying to charge us every month like some people have.  The office help has always been friendly but one worker came out and apparently we had a misunderstanding because he left after doing just the back yard.  He came back but refused to answer me when I talked to him. He is not going to service our house anymore.   Overall the staff are friendly but the spray seems weak.

I have appreciated their efficient, polite, professional service we've received consistantly over the past four years.  They're timely and easy to interact with.  They've always quickly responded to text messages.  In four years I've seen only 1 scorpion (dead in our pool strainer).  And I've never seen a live one.  I attribute that to their service.  Very rarely do I see a spider in the yard...and never in the house.  I'd recommend then to all my neighbors.

I was told I had termites near the roof of my house by a passerby. I had three companies come out for a quote. The first two wanted to charge me a hefty price, plus have me sign a contract for a years worth of maintenance, at $95/month. The third company, Green Home, told me I did not have termites. I have been using Green's pest control services for about two years now! Today I had the pleasure of having Brian attend to both inside and outside the house. He was awesome! Called Green Home Pest after finding some cockroaches and crickets around one of my rental properties. I needed service ASAP so I could get new tenants in place quickly. Brian came out today and he was so friendly and answered all my questions that I had regarding the treatment. He even gave the dogs some milk bone treats a few times. He was absolutely the greatest! He did our whole inside, even getting into every little corner and all over the backyard. We have used several other pest control companies and they have nothing on Green Home pest control. And don't ask to talk to the manager cause she don't know how to talk to customers pretty much called me liar. When I called to book the Facebook special they did not mention I would have to sign a 12 month contract! I would have never signed a 12 month contract if you have to come every month then your poison not doing the job! Do not recommend them!

I contacted Green Home Pest Control after finding a few scary critters in my back yard that were feasting on a vast cricket population! They responded immediately to an online enquiry and within 10 minutes my appointment was set for the next day! The technician was a really nice guy and very informative, taking time to explain what type of treatments were being used and why. They gave me an option of a regular service contract but there was no pressure to sign up, and payment was easy and contactless via their online payment portal. I originally called for just a one time spray for fleas & ticks for my dogs but ended up actually just getting them as a full time service! Everyone at the front office was fast to get back to me and answer all my questions. I had Porter come do the initial spray and they were very thorough! Its been 4 months and I haven't seen a tick since. Brian and Hunter come by to do my monthly sprays and they are both very nice. They tell me everything they did. We just started living here so seeing one scorpion was enough for us to do some research on pest control. But with our pets, it simply needs to be suitable for them as well as the environment. Enter Green Home. I called to schedule an initial appointment and Camron guided me through the entire process because I am an admitted rookie when it comes to this stuff. Without hesitation he explained how it all worked and got me scheduled fast. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great start! He scheduled a service with Brian who was incredible too! A warm and friendly man (dog owner/lover too - he even brought dog biscuits!!!!) that is committed to giving you a great service and good experience. He was extremely thorough yet speedy in his service and (again; explained what it all meant what he did etc.)
In one word; Wonderful.

I've used Green Home for outside pests for several years and am very happy. Their technician, Brian, was here today for monthly mosquito spraying. Brian came to perform pest services at my home today. He was amazing. He was very thorough with the service through out the inside of my house and garage, as well as, the backyard. When he was done with the services, he shared some interesting factoid about a Palo Verde beetle that he had seen during spraying. Then, he noticed my gate had been caught by the wind facing out, when it should be closing into the backyard. He graciously ask for a couple of tools and fixed the gate for me. Ian came out today to service the house, he rang the door when he got here which I really appreciated. It allowed me to open the gate and the garage door so he could spray those areas as well.

He is very professional found out what my needs were and completed everything I asked him to do. I really appreciate not having to worry about bugs and the Professional service I get from everyone at this company including customer service.

We recently moved from NYC and are clueless when it comes to desert living and pests. Our neighbor recommended Green Home Pest Control and after a two visits we can see why. Cameron was very professional and explained to me the importance of ongoing service to prevent a pest problem. We initially had quite a few crickets, which scorpions eat (we were unaware of this) and after the first visit we haven’t seen anymore. We have been using this company for 5+ years now and have also recommended the company to family and friends and we would like to recommend it to anyone else whom is looking for a great pest control company! They are great for every different kind of pests that we see here in Arizona from scorpions to black widows to roaches their spray is family safe including children and four legged loved ones! There is no strong odors and doesn't ruin your base boards, doors or walls! As for outdoor spray it hasn't ruined any of our trees nor grass or outdoor furniture either!

After having several near death experiences with scorpions in my home it was time to call the professionals. Honestly, I dread calling around and getting quote after quote from various businesses as my patience and attention span run thin. Choosing Green Home was easy as they were my first call and Elivis, understanding my sense humor when I said I would burn my home down if another critter got in, not only laughed at my joke, but was professional, patient and informative without being "salesy" or using "scare tactics" like you would expect when these types of businesses want to up sale you. Within 20 mins, Brandon was at home and completed the job in under 45 mins. He too was respectful and even shared his worst horror story with us giving us the chills (and a good laugh). It was my only experience with them, but I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I purchased Groupon for the service. I selected Green Home because their product was safe for pets. Scheduling was easy with a 2 hour window. Jake arrived at 8:15 and immediately went to work. I've been using Green Home Termite and Pest control for a few years. In the past year the cricket and grasshopper population have gotten out of control in the backyard. I believe it's because I put in a few raised bed gardens. So I called Green Home very frustrated and ready to say good bye if they couldn't handle the problem. I spoke to a young lady (sorry I don't remember her name). She was wonderful. She reassured me that they can handle the problem and made sure I was the first person on the route that day. She also reminded me that they will come out and reteat the yard at no cost. Gerald came out to the house to treat the yard. He was great he checked in with me about my concerns. Then went to work taking care of the yard. When Gerald was done he went over everything and reassured me that the crickets and grasshoppers will be gone. Thank you so much Gerald and Green Home.

I had my house sprayed this morning by Jake, he was super professional, nice, knowledgeable, and didn't mind that my little ones were completely intrigued by what he was doing. I had a family friend that was in the pest control business for years, and when I found out he was no longer doing it I knew I had to start looking for a company ASAP, I didn't know where to go. After, getting it cleared with the office he treated the area we saw a black widow. He genuinely takes pride in doing a good job. I think this would be one of the hardest jobs there is and especially in the summer.  But, he doesn't seem effected by it and has a bright attitude. I greatly appreciate your company! I probably would have moved from the bugs, if it wasn't for you!  You have no idea how much peace of mind your service brings to me. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the job Ivan did. Took his time assessing the issue I was having with crickets in my kitchen. Within 30 mins after his visit we found a defeated cricket. I also noticed the attention to detail he displayed while treating outside. He was very thorough when knocking down any possible spiderwebs around the entire house after I mentioned they kept showing up on my patio. I don't know if techs are kept on a certain route, but I hope to have my home treated by Ivan again. Thank you!

We have now used this service for two years typically during the summer time. They do a fantastic job and it is quick and easy. It's very very reasonably priced $75 bimonthly and you can call and they will come out additionally for no charge. We typically have scorpion problems and they take are of the problem. 10/10

I had a pigeon nesting in my back patio. If you know anything about me you know that I'm terrified of pigeons and needed it and the nest gone. I used the "request a quote" feature and these guys got back to me within the hour. The video on their page was a nice touch as well. I contacted Green Home for a client of mine, he needed a termite inspection report and repairs for a VA refinance. And he didn't have the money to pay for it up front, it had to be done at closing through Escrow. In California that isn't an issue but in AZ, the time a business has to put a lien for non-payment is short so most businesses require payment at the time of service. I spoke with Brian when I initially called and he made an exception for the payment based off the situation. I then spoke with Ashley a few times and she was great, she called me to give me updates on the work. Green Home did outstanding work and also provided an option to purchase a treatment warranty. Everyone I spoke with was excellent and when I have other borrowers in Green Home's area, I will definitely refer them. Thank you, thank you Green Home!

Had our initial service performed yesterday. Our tech was Dave. Dave was great! He sprayed thoroughly and was very detailed with everything he did. Dave was also very friendly and likes joking with my children. He also provided some great tips.

Judging from the initial service, Green Home seems to really care about the service they are providingand their customers. I also had the pleasure of communicating with Bryan while setting up my service and he and Angela(?) went above and beyond to get me on the schedule with a time and date that worked for me. I Iook forward to continuing to use Green Home for my homes pest control.

Very happy with our first service. We moved into a newly built home a few weeks ago. It was full of crickets, moths, and spiders due to workmen constantly going in and out. One treatment and all of that is gone. They use environmentally friendly products too, so I expected it to take some time to get rid of these pests. I appreciate that not only are the bugs gone, it was done without harm to us or our dog. And the tech couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend this friendly, responsive company!

When we first moved into our rental in 2015 it was Infested with black widows because it was infested with crickets and ants and they came to the rescue! Dave is so nice great visit like always. They are also very great when it comes to rescheduling if you travel a lot. Great company.

We have been a customer of Green Home Pest Control the past six months and they have been awesome. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I had to.

We have had an ongoing Roach issue the past few months which is not fun and the team at Green Home Pest Control has been great about coming out in between our service dates as we are trying to figure out where the roaches are coming from.

They don't give me a hard time and stick to their guarantee that if the issue continues and they have to come out before our normal service date that the visit is no cost. Each time they come out they are being more and more diligent about trying to figure out what is going on and I am confident they will get to the root of the problem. All the service people are very knowledgeable. Overall it has been a great experience.

My pest problem was major, and I needed someone to professionally take care of it. Green Home was "Johnny on spot" when it came to the solution. Great communication and friendly tech's put my worries to rest. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone, just as they were recommended to me. Thanks to them for working around my schedule and most importantly being kind and courteous around my family a pets. They did give me homework to prepare before and after they came, but this is not a "fix all" if you don't do your part. Thanks once again guys, you've gained a lifetime customer.

Hats off to Green Home for handling a precarious situation with utmost professionalism.  When receiving our termite treatment, the technician accidentally hit a water line that was only a few inches below concrete on our patio.  He promptly alerted us, and then contacted the owner, Jon.  Jon said they would cover all costs to repair the line.  He was extremely communicative throughout the process - I was very impressed!  It makes a difference when a company is professional, fair, and wants what's best for their customers.  Thank you!

An extremely large spider was in my car while I was driving. I called Green Home (after pulling over, of course) since I use them for my house and they came out to help. They worked with me on the price since this was an eccentric request. My exterminator, Jake, was awesome and super nice. He tried really hard to find the spider and was conscientious about where and what he sprayed in my car. Really grateful for their help today.

Refused to guarantee their work from the Groupon despite still seeing pests less than 2 weeks after their initial spray.  Upon contacting the company, they told me they "do not guarantee" their Groupon sprays, and largely use them in order to attract suckers (er, sorry, "customers") to their much more costly bi-monthly service. EDIT:  The owner, Jon, contacted me directly within hours of this review going up -- apparently there was some miscommunication and they DO guarantee their Groupon work, which is great -- I am scheduled for a respray very soon.  I am temporarily changing this review to a 3-star, and will amend it further based upon what happens during their second visit.  However, I am already impressed at how Jon explained the situation personally over the phone, and I look forward to seeing how they correct the ant problem I'm facing. EDIT 2:  My problem was handled, and my ant problem went away.  HOWEVER, even the technician expressed some surprise that they were coming back for a second spray without me having to pay, even in spite of the fact that the issue was not resolved on the first visit.  (This is a little telling.)  I'm still considering Green Home for a bi-monthly service in the future, but it's concerning that both employees (but not the owner) expressed similar sentiments about resprays for persistent problems not being a normal part of their guarantee.  Still, I have nothing but respect and admiration for how the owner Jon handled my problem, and I have no doubt that any future problem I may encounter will be handled quickly and efficiently as well.  Thank you Jon.

Can't say enough about how thorough and professional they are. I've been with them over a year now, and with regular treatment they have eradicated my spider problem and kept ants and other crawling pests out of my yard. They are so much better than other pest control companies I have used. They take the time to educate their customers, and their commitment to excellent customer service is outstanding.

We have had this service over 4 years and have had no issues at all with them. My neighbors complain of bugs and scorpions, tent caterpillars, and spiders. Guess what? We don't seem to have that problem. Fleas, animal bugs not here. I have 3 dogs. This company is the best.

Reached out because I fired my last pest control company after my dog was attacked by wasps. Jon called me and we spoke at length about the issues in my area. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. David came out the next day and took care of the wasps and also did my initial visit. All my pest control needs have been met and I am fully satisfied.  Great pricing, as well!

Have used this company multiple times they are great. All eco  and pet and kid friendly. If i ever have a issue they fix the problem no questions asked and with out hesitation. Great company that's works all your bugs will be gone with out the risks of hazardous chemicals. I recommend this pest control company for anyone with children and pets it's essential.

First go with these guys didn't go well for me. But the company reached out and came back out and tried again. So far so good. A few ants still outside by where our back gate, but as days go by they are getting less and less noticeable. No ants in the house. The tech said give it a day to kill the ants inside, but by the end of the day their were no more ants inside. Still have ants out back on the patio, but we had big black ants and the little ants and the big ones are gone. But seeing the results with the big ants give me confidence to wait it out until the regular service. Also, not sure of its direct result of the ant treatment but the spiders on the patio are gone, even our wood stack out back is spider free. I will give four stars but I can't give a five because I feel like this should have been the results the first time. I will continue the regular service although the results have been satisfactory, not great, the treatment they use is safe around my child, my dog, and our vegetable garden. And who knows, maybe in six months after two regular services all the bugs will be gone.

I have been their client now for over 3 years and this last year they took great care of The Scorpions the spiders the bugs I didn't even know what they were. A year ago we found ticks on our dogs and inside our house. Talk about gross! David gave great pointers. He is always friendly and is knowledgeable about any concerns I have regarding our yard. I would recommend Green Home for ticks. Haven't seen one since after the second time he sprayed.

During the summer we noticed some unusual activities around the basement and my nephew discovered we had a rodent invasion. Of course I was panicking and needed to get them out right away! A colleague referred Green Home and I'm glad I made the call. They arrived the next day and took care of the little situation. Like others, I found this company through Living Social.  The deal was pretty good.  The treatment they do is pretty standard.  They all seem to use the same chemicals and techniques.  You can sign up for a program of regular treatments and receive some discount, or just call when you want and pay full price.  We are on a "program". Their office staff and technicians are friendly and efficient.  They can just show up and do the outside and you don't have to be there, but I prefer to be there so I can point out trouble areas (e.g. ant mounds).  If you have a larger yard the technician may not find them on his own. I have been satisfied with the service thus far.

Green home pest control is a great company to use for your pest control needs. From the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to spray your house, every one is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job and offer great discounts when you sign up for service that extends through the year. Before I used green home pest control I had a few spiders and crickets around my house and I have received 3 treatments so far and have not seen any other these bugs so it must be working!!

I purchased a living social with Green Home Pest Control.  My schedule is really crazy, and I had to reschedule them four times before we could connect.  Joshua and Amber were super understanding and had no problems rescheduling me.  Stephen showed up to my location on time and got my house sprayed inside and out in no time at all.  The customer service that the three of these individuals portrayed was just simply awesome.  In fact, I was so impressed that I signed up for return service the same day.

Steven was very punctual and professional . He is well informed which helped a lot in regards to scorpions. I especially liked that he asked if we wanted him to take his shoes off so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. Unbelievably fantastic service by my technician, Alex. My initial visit had to be rescheduled twice due to rain (not typical in early June). As my appointment slot was coming to a close, I contacted the office and spoke with a very nice gentleman. He said Alex was at the job right before mine and he'd have him call me. Alex called two minutes later and explained he'd be another hour. He asked if I wanted him to come that evening or he would come on Saturday, his day off, any time that would work for me. What? Not only did he give me the choice but he was super nice. I opted for early Saturday am and he came  right on time. Alex has a great personality, he acts like an owner and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why as I am not up on pest control. Alex went above and beyond for his customer and that impressed me beyond words (well, okay still found words). That's old-fashioned, my word is my bond service. You don't see that much anymore. I am a Green Home Customer for life! Alex, you rock!!

I woke up and found a sewer roach on my staircase!! First time I have found any roaches in my home ever!! I called Green Home and they were going to come out in the next three days. I am pregnant and with my due date tomorrow I asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in today and that I would be willing to pay more. They moved stuff around and got me in the same day without a fee at all!! The technician Michael that came out was super nice, didn't try to upsell me on anything but was able to talk to me about any problem areas! I will definitely use again and appreciate the professional, quick service. I will mention I bought this off of a Groupon so the fact that the company still went above and beyond shows their commitment to their customers! Highly recommend! :)

I'm completely impressed with the professionalism, honesty, safety & concern Green Home Pest Control has for it's customers & their families, animals included.  My initial correspondence was via email.  All my questions were answered thoroughly & promptly. Their website was also very informative. My family consists of 2 adults, 2 teens, 3 dogs,  2 cats,  2 tortoises & 1 parrot.  The company takes all precautions when children & animals are involved.  They made sure I understood the precautions. When the tech arrived he reiterated the same information. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service from John Nelson - a charming and young individual.  He asked about particular pest invasions. and sprayed and laid glue boards accordingly.  John sprayed all around the perimeter of the interior and exterior of our home - more thorough than other services that we have experienced.   As a result of this good service, we have signed up for quarterly service - with communication via email.

As promised when they came back to do the free spray I would update my review.  I had a crazy amount of spiders all over my backyard and needed them to come back and kill them off.  They were on time and did a decent job. The tech got rid of all the webs and sprayed inside,  outside,  and in the garage.  He also gave us a couple free sticky traps that he placed in the garage.  The customer service by a guy name Tim was excellent and he informed me of all their available packages. He suggested a few things as well so that I could get the most service for my money.  I recommend this company.

Found Green Home on Angie's List and scheduled directly from their website after purchasing a coupon.  Scheduling was easy and quick and although it doesn't always happen this way, it was awesome that Justin arrived at 857am when I had a timeframe window of 9-11am ;) Justin was great and I signed up for regular quarterly service at the end of my initial treatment.  No odors at all and pet friendly!!

I bought a Living Social deal for GHPC last September to get rid of crickets and beetles.  They provided prompt and professional service, but the icing on the cake came a month later.  October is our home's scorpion month.  For years we have found multiple scorpions per week--mainly in October and tricking into November.  The entire fall we found one scorpion!  Now that spring is approaching we have found two scorpions within the past week.  I called GHPC apprehensively since I don't have a Living Social deal.  They went above and beyond offering me a discount on their normal one-time service fee.
