I have been a customer with Simply Green for 2 years. The service I received today from Vincent Pimental was exceptional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was professional & friendly. This was the first time Vincent serviced my property. He addressed every area and took his time with the service. He was the most thorough technician I have had. After checking Angies List I called Simply Green Pest Control to remove rodents living in the attic. Based on the inspection report, I was given a fair and honest price to complete the job. It was very straight forward, without the up sale options other companies try to sell once they get in the door.

Derek is very detailed and meticulous in performing inspections. He found the areas in the house where the termites were beginning to reside and did the necessary treatment right away. Aiden was very pleasant and called me ahead of schedule to ask if he would be able to come about 10 minutes earlier than my appointment. I appreciated the call and was home, so he did arrive early. Once here, he was quick to ask me if I had noticed any recent activity, and we discussed that I had found two dead scorpions inside the home over the past month or so. He was very thorough in spraying the whole downstairs, including my garage. He replaced several of the glue traps in the garage (which were full of critters), and he sprayed the entire outside perimeter of the house, along with the rocks around my pool (where scorpions like to hide). He was communicative about the products he applied and when he was finished with the service. Overall, a very positive experience!

Simply Green was professional and on time for treatment of termites. They drilled holes through our front yard pavers, garage floor, and travertine back yard patio. There was a lot of drilling but once completed, the patch work looked good. After all the furniture was back in place you hardly noticed the holes. Our technician left the yard as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Simply Green.

We've been very impressed with Simply Green since we moved to this side of town. They are a local company too, so it's nice to see them doing well.

Everyone they've sent to this house has been on time, and polite. Also, both of the men who've been here have done things like change their booties every time they go outside, they actually care when they go in your house it's nice.

The same goes for the call center, whenever you call there they are super nice, and helpful. The people in the call center also knew a lot about local bugs/what the poison they use is made of...good stuff and good company.

I got an initial service done on 8/19/23 by Bryce. He was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with my service! Not only did he treat my entire house inside and out, he also cleared all the webs that were becoming a problem! I also got a photo of my back gate ensuring that it was closed behind him. Bertha helped me set up my appointment and was extremely patient with my schedule conflicts and rescheduling of the appointment twice. She too was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what my problems were and what I needed to get done. I have not seen any activity since and am looking forward to staying with them as a client!

I don't often write reviews but I was absolutely blown away by my experience with Simply Green. My first interaction with Brittney-- who was patient, informative and professional. She responded quickly and emailed a contract with alot of great info and education. She was able to work magic and get a technician to see us the next day. Our technician, Caleb, was incredible. He called and said that he was running a little ahead of schedule with no pressure if we werent ready. He really knew his stuff. He listened attentively to my concerns (a child on chemo treatment, a vegetable garden etc) and he was thoughtful in noticing our citrus trees and how he would work around them to ensure our yard was safe.  He found the likely source of our issue by looking at our irrigation box in our driveway-- he was so patient when i asked if he could show me since we had pest control in the past and they never mentioned it. I was honestly and sincerely blown away with his customer service, expertise and professionalism.  Simply Green was overwhelmingly a better experience in every way from our past pest control company and even cost less than what we had paid in the past. Thank you so very very much for all of your help!!

I was stung by a scorpion (twice by the same one) one evening as I laid down to go to sleep on our family couch. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and that was the only place I could sleep comfortably. It hurt like hell and that experience was very scary, but thankfully I did not have an allergic reaction. The next day I called simply green and they were able to perform service very soon after. We had seen scorpions here and there throughout our first year of purchasing the home but figured it wasn't a big issue. We were so wrong! It took me being stung while pregnant to take the issue seriously. Simply green came out to fumigate and told me I would see an increase in activity as well as dead scorpions laying around the house. For about a week we would go to sleep and we would wake up to a couple of dead scorpions inside and outside of our house and then never again! It you're on the fence about calling because you don't think you have a big issue and you would rather take care of it yourself, don't wait until you or your children are stung to take action. They service our home bi monthly and Justin has taken care of us the last few times. He does a great job, is always kind, knows what he's doing, and moves quickly. Every other service I typically ask them to spray my garage and replace the traps in there and I appreciate that they never charge extra for that. Overall great company and I feel confident I am keeping my kids safe while protecting the air we breath.

Living in Arizona termites can be a big problem, but with the right treatment you can put your fears to rest, at least for a while.

Simply Green Pest control came out and did an inspection of my home and recommended a full liquid termite treatment and they even did a whole house general pest treatment.
For the termites they drill dime sized holes in your concrete and trenches around the house foundation (they refill any holes after) and inject a chemical that the termites can pass to other termites in their nest, so it is not just a poison that kills on contact, it spreads it back to their base.
I know this is not a new technology but is a good choice for homes that were built without termite control in mind.

I received a standard 3 year warranty that can be renewed on a year to year basis for a fraction of the original treatment cost if I choose and the chemical should be effective for up to 10 years.

I would recommend the Simply Green team to anyone in the market for termite control.

My Airbnb has a wasp nest so I googled pest control and found Simply Green. I called and the phone was immediately answered by Bertha. All of my questions were answered professionally and politely. They were able to schedule a service right away for me, and fit exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t believe how prompt the service was. I also couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices are! Bertha was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell she is a hard worker and happy to help, which I highly value when consulting with a business. I can already tell I will be using them in the future should I need their services again. They will be the first I will call and will recommend them to other people. Arturo inspected the home inside and out with great care. We had a previous infestation of termites but they evidentially "bugged-out" at some time. Arturo identified where the issues were and provided an understanding of the situation. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and was quite informative to provide complete understanding of what happened, where it happened and what the process would be for future prevention. I had used Insectek previously for general pest control maintenance. When I spotted roaches in between Insectek’s bimonthly service, their company seemed unfazed and were reluctant to send someone out for a full inspection to see what was going on.
I contacted Simply Green instead and the technician was amazingly thorough. He inspected everything spotted two cracks in the walls where the roaches were getting in from outside, and had set down baits and traps instead of just sprayed around for five minutes like Insectek had done. Overall I had a great experience.

If there is anyone afraid of anything with more than 4 legs, it is me! And as an adult, my reactions can be quite embarrassing. I was treated with respect from the person who set the appt to the 2 exterminators that came out. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions....even the ridiculous ones, without even batting an eye! Brittney was pretty much the reason I decided to go with Simply Green over another company. She was so friendly, helpful, patient, and pleasant to speak with. Kyle, the exterminator, was also incredibly kind and helpful. He was very efficient and went above and beyond at his job. He even disposed of a dead bird that I found on my patio, which was totally unnecessary but extremely appreciated. 10/10 would recommend this company. Excellent service all around.

I called Simply Green and they came out within 2 days. We just moved to Az from Minnesota and on week two of unpacking our new home we found a scorpion. We have been using this service on their monthly plan for a few months now and we can't say good enough things about this company. Every individual we've had come out to our house has shown the highest level of customer service and care for our home and help answer any and all concerns/questions we may have. They never fail to show they truly care about their customers and we love using their service. Living in AZ, we all know the scorpions love to randomly show up within the house, the fact this company will come out as quick as the next day to spray the home again based upon however many scorpions you may find in the home in-between each scheduled services has been HUGE. Called and received a call back the same day. They were very courteous and thorough with their charges and fees up front. They even were able to get me a discounted rate on my initial service. It's definitely worth the money. They didn't just treat my chief complaint with the ants, they cleaned out webs and treated for all general pests found in my local area. They sprayed around the radius of my place not just treating the interior and exterior of my townhome. I was very happy with their professionalism and they showed up on time. After instantly seeing results, I am pleased to have their services. They are eco-friendly and use products safe for kids and your pets. So we used this company before for termites. Now we set up a year long contract for general pest control. The first time the came out was to treat termites. My husband was out of town and our son had cracked his head open the same day. The man was extremely nice and I arrived as they showed. He had asked if I needed help with anything before they got started. Just very genuine. Hence why even though they are a little pricey we've stuck with them. every person who's come out has been nothing but thorough and kind. You can tell they care about the customer. We use Simply Green for both regular service and annual termite protection via qan annual contract. After we moved into our home in 2013 there was clear evidence of old termite activity. Then we noticed the development of the usual mud tunnels and ceiling tunnels. Corrective measures included full house perimeter trenching and Termidor treatment as well as termite injection of Termidor via small holes drilled in the substrate. We feel we have effectively stopped the termite problem but choose to retain the annual contract as a "just in case" protection. Simply Green has provided a very effective shield for protecting us from these damaging critters.

In their initial inspection, their technician was very clear and up front about not actually needing services for german roaches, even their basic treatment would only serve as a precaution. The roaches we had seen were likely displaced by the septic system being pumped. He was very informative, showing and explaining what he found. They removed the charges for unnecessary treatments I had paid, without being asked. I recommend them strongly for their excellent business practices.

The pest control company our apt was using was not making a difference in getting rid of German Roaches. Love simply green! They're extremely professional and responsive! I left a VM after closing about a scorpion in my home and they called me back within the hour and scheduled service for me within 48 hours to spray the interior of my home, which I'd stopped doing since covid. I've used them for almost 3 years and have had extremely minimal pest issues since they began. Anytime I've encountered a post in home they come and spray within 2 days, even if they'd just been there. I highly recommend using simply green for service to your home!

We had fired our last pest inspection company because they were not consistent and increased our rates month over month. (We didn’t have any insect or rodent issues either). I did extensive calling around to different companies, and from the very first person I spoke with (Josh) my experience with them was fantastic! I found them on yelp and their reviews are correct! They are very professional, punctual, and friendly. Josh answered all of my questions and then some, where other companies felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking. I have full confidence in this company. Justin came out and did our initial treatment. He was fantastic! He answered all of my questions again and was extremely kind! We had pest service through Green Mango before and THOUGHT it was doing a good job. We just figured the flies and crickets were inevitable. We hired simply green to do a termite inspection for a refinance and were blown away at what Brandon was able to show us.

He showed us just how badly green mango was failing us. There were literally hundreds of spider webs and egg sacs all in the eaves of the house that were just left there. He pointed out the ridiculous amount of dust GM used and how ineffective it was. He pointed out the crickets and the chirping and the flies and proposed solutions to all of them. We hired them immediately and the results were instantaneous!

The fly problem? Completely gone. And those noisy crickets? Dead. Complete silence and tranquility at home now. I simply cannot recommend Brandon and Simply Green enough -- incredibly affordable with unmatched results and fantastic customer service.

When we first moved into our house we had a huge scorpion problem. When simply green came in they gain control of all of the pests on our property. If I have an issue they are prompt professional and always rectify my pest issues. I have been with them going on 4 years and constantly have other pest control company’s try to get us to switch. I moved to Simply Green when my previous pest control service didn't want to come out and respray when we suddenly started seeing scorpions. Simply Green came right out did their inspection and started services right away. A month later I found another scorpion and they came back that same day to respray. I use Simply Green regularly for service. They are always prompt, professional, and thorough! They always check in to see if I’m having problems before they start their service for that visit. I RARELY have any new issues and if I have it is unrelated to their normal visit (like a random wasp nest). They are quite honestly the best service out there. My neighbors have used other companies and STILL have issues so we always recommend Simply Green! It’s safe for our pets too which is a huge bonus.

We scheduled a termite inspection with Simply Green Peat Control which was our first experience with them. Wow! We were so impressed. The person scheduling was so friendly, we received reminder text and a call when the tech was on his way, which was right on time! We were so pleased we signed up with them for our regular pest control service and the tech did it right then! They gave high quality service, included more services and a lower rate than we had with our current pest control. We received a follow up message to make sure everything was okay.

I needed treatment for silverfish in my home, and was looking for a company that uses environmentally- and pet-safe products. Very friendly and professional young tech, Bryce, was on time and thorough in his work. He made sure that he covered all my areas of concern, gave me some very helpful tips to prevent bugs from entering the house, and made sure he had answered all my questions and treated all the areas where I had seen silverfish, and used an additional treatment in the drains and under sinks. He also treated outside for ants, which usually invade in the summer. An easy and pleasant experience, and backed by their guarantee, which states that they will return before their next regular visit if the problem persists. Based on my initial impression, I would recommend this company.

Great company. Brittny was amazing. Called for an inspection which was done quickly and Austin was polite and on time. Needed work done and that also happened quickly. The gentleman was on time and was very efficient. I only feel badly that my dog barked constantly while he was here. Hope she didn’t annoy him too much. Highly recommend! Price was very fair too!

No one is fears insects and pests more than I do! Simply Green has been there for me since I first moved into my home almost 3 years ago now. One of my favorite quotes is, “you can’t put a price on peace of mind.” They have definitely given me that. They are very responsive and the customer service is top notch. They provide prep sheets and info on how to prevent future infestations.They have products that work and use them strategically to truly get rid of the pests! These people actually care about what they do. I would 100% recommend them. I will also continue to use them in the future but since they did such a great job; thankfully, that won't be anytime soon!

Great pest control company. They will customize service for your needs and follow-up to ensure you are satisfied. We originally contacted them about ants at our old place a year ago. They came out within a few days and we didn't see another ant inside the rest of the time we lived there. At our new home, they have treated scorpions and about a month after the first service, we rarely see them outside with a black light anymore. Can't recommend them enough!!

We absolutely love Simply Green! Last July we moved into a home that was overrun with bugs. Spiders, crickets, scorpions, and so much more. I started looking into companies for pest control, contacted Simply Green and they had a technician out within the week to perform our first service. The amount of bugs they found and caught in traps was insane along with noticing there was termite damage, and they were very clear with me that we may see an increase in activity before our second service. By our second service the bugs were all but gone, except for one room of our home that randomly had tiny brown bugs coming from god knows where, all I had to do was call their customer service and our tech Tyson was out the next day to spray the room for free, which stopped the issue.

We’ve now been using them for roughly 9 months, they come out every other month and only need to spray the outside of our home and we haven’t seen a single insect. It’s great knowing their products are green and safe, they’re reliable and affordable. We always work with Tyson and he’s great, even if he shows up before we’re awake he will perform the service and leave a door hanger to let us know he was here. Can’t say enough amazing things!

So I've been a customer of simply Green for about a year or more now! During this pandemic they've been extremely accommodating! When they receive my call they generally know I'm about to change appointment date and time and they're right on it!
What's probably most important! No bugs, no cobwebs, and definitely no scorpions trying to live with me inside my house. I personally don't want all the bugs dead just the ones that want to live in my home.

We had Charles from Simply Green Pest Control, and he was outstanding. He arrived precisely when he said he would and tackled the roach problem that we have had since we moved in (life by the canal comes with its downsides). He spotted ingress points and risk areas that other companies have failed to notice in the past, and he identified some other pest problems we didn't even know we had. He even had the foresight to let us know what we should do to prevent pests from coming in way down the line. Charles was cordial, professional, and unobtrusive. I highly recommend Simply Green Pest Control! They have done an amazing job! Our 1 acre property is so much safer now! They are reliable and very good at reminders and follow up. You can choose how frequent you want to be serviced, They are careful around the horses and chickens when baiting for ants, and rodents around my barn.
I use to get so many ants and I’ve been stung by scorpions to many times but not anymore.
They are so good at listening to any complaints. They have taken good care of us for over three years now. I haven’t been stung by a scorpion since. Recently they found a termite trail in our garage. It was so small of one. They let us know that it was caught early and did a termite treatment around the perimeter of our home that will protect our home for many years.

The office staff is Very friendly and I had a few different technicians come to my home and they all are great, I like having the same technician each month so the owner was nice enough to set that up so now I have Austin and he’s the best, even my husband thinks so too!! Normally i would give this particular office a 5 star review.. I used them when times weren't so harsh in to the pandemic... I had to stop my service due to financial issues that were because of the pandemic... I did let them know prior.. I also told the 2 young men they sent to my home twice. Today I received a email from a Christina saying I would need to pay the discount because I haven't used the service I signed up for .. I totally get it .. but in theses times people can barley keep a roof over their heads... I thought coming from a company that prides on values.. they they wouldn't be hounding and bothering people knowing many can afford food let alone pest control.

I was convinced that I had bed bugs. Staff from Simply Green Pest Control were here within 24 hours for a free inspection. Thankfully, it is not bed bugs, but carpet beetles.  These guys did a very thorough inspection before coming to that conclusion. They told me what I could do to take care of the situation. Were they so inclined, they could have fleeced me for a lot of money. I would recommend them for ANY pest problem you may have. They are honest. They have my business well into the future.

Being from NYC , I don't like all the pests they can kill you in Az ! These guys make me and my family feel safe ! We live in the mountains in a desert preserve in Scottsdale . Simply green went to the property inspected and exterminated before we moved in . That was 6 months ago . From the littlest problem to the largest they come on a days notice without a scheduled appointment . They make me and my family comfortable and safe . They are very reasonably priced and it's all safe and natural . My wife and 2 kids and 3 dogs never feel uncomfortable by the chemicals they use and my wife has phobias with certain chemicals . This is the only pest service I will ever use or need ! The manager Christian became a family friend . All of his knowledge and experience made him very easy to address my families concerns at a moments notice . If you live in the dessert your only saving grace is simply green . They are safe and affective .

This is a long overdue review. Its rare that I find exceptional service in today's world but here at Simply Green I have been so surprised and so grateful for the amazing work Casey has provided to us. When we recently moved here in May we were greeted with the Bark Scorpion. Not just one in house, but over a dozen. Not so welcoming! Despite my frustration in bringing them at bay, Simply Green would not stop until they controlled the situation. Even when I thought I had no option but to seal, Casey worked diligently to ensure we felt comfortable living in our new home. Casey's attitude , follow through and friendly demeanor has been very much appreciated. Thanks to his work we are able to put down our purple lights and walk freely in our home. I highly recommend this company and kudos to them for hiring quality people like Casey.

So far so good! I received a few different quotes for pest control services. I had just moved into a new house and decided it was not worth the hassle to DIY pest control for roaches inside and scorpions in the backyard. I'm a wimp when it comes to bugs, like the guy Charles P. Thompson played in that fantastic Arachnids movie from 2001. Simply Green was not the cheapest option, but I was swayed by the other positive reviews and the customer service I received. The rep answered all of my questions and helped me identify the type of roach based on a picture I sent. The cheapest service is a 1 year bimonthly contract that they recommend, but they have some flexible options. I decided to go for a no commitment pay as you go option. Since the first service, I haven't seen any scorpions outside even after searching with a UV light. The guy that did the service was friendly and answered all my questions. I plan to keep using Simply Green for the next few months so I feel more comfortable moving into this new house.

After I was stung by a wasp while doing yard work, I contacted Simply Green via yelp for an estimate. I was impressed by their ability to do a virtual quote, and the speed in which they were able to get a tech out to take care of my situation. I was warmly treated by Joey, who was following all Covid protocols listed on the site, and he got right to work in removing my pesky wasp nest. While we were talking about the process, we both noticed that there were still wasps gathering at another bush in the yard. Upon investigation, Joey located another nest, and was able to remove most of it. I offered to grab my hedge trimmer so he could get better access to the nest, and in doing so, we located the main culprit, a huge wasp nest the size of my head. Joey was able to neutralize and remove all three wasp nests, address the wasps that were very curious about our motives, and he stayed to make sure we really got them all. I was impressed with his friendliness, his knowledge and the care he took to make sure both me and my dog were safe. It has been almost a week, and there is not a wasp in sight! I highly recommend Simply Green, and I will be sure to use them for any pest issue in the future.
