We recently had solar panels installed and shortly after that we had a large influx of pigeons making their home under our panels. We called Watchdog Pest Control out to see if they could help us out, and they did. I was expecting an eye-sore of nets, wires, etc. and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It looks very clean and nothing close to an eye-sore, best part pigeons have no where to go. The technician that was sent out was friendly, clean, and through. We plan on having more work done in the future.

Great company. They came and sprayed the same day I called. Reasonably price and friendly over the phone. The tech who came out was Tyler. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Watchdog Pest Control is an amazing pest control service.  They have always addressed all of my issues and are always careful to make sure that all of my concerns are being addressed. I do happen to be a subscription based customer, but they have never been pushy about it.  They always let me know ahead of time when they are coming and also accommodate me with later appointments because I insist on the inside of the house being treated as well. Living in Arizona for the past 15 years, I have dealt with numerous pest control services, and Watchdog is the only one that I am loyal to.  All of the others have been flaky, ineffective, and sometimes downright rude.  Watchdog is the opposite of that. I would recommend Watchdog pest control to anyone that has pest issues or that wants to make sure they do not end up with pest issues.

Watchdog has been so knowledgeable and helpful in our time of panic and fear. I called them freaking out about scorpions in our new home. We had found babies crawling on our floors, that wasn't ok with two small children in the house. Apparently, in our neighborhood, they are very common. Kyle came out same day sprayed inside and out, talked to us about where they could be getting into the house.. He also warned us that spraying can make them come out more, but we had to rip off the bandaid in order to rid them. And I'm happy to say after just a few treatments we haven't seen any more scorpions. We are for sure maintaining this service so we can keep them gone knowing that its a neighborhood wide issue. Poor Kyle got so many questions from us because we are new home owners and had no idea about most of these critters or birds trying to live with us. He was very understanding and made us feel comfortable in our home again.. Best feeling. Thanks Watchdog!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! I reside in an apartment complex, Palm Court in Phoenix, where a bird was trapped in chicken wire under the roof line on the second floor. The complex refused to help. I reached out to Watchdog at 6 p.m., by 8 p.m. they had arrived (who comes out that late?) with a wonderful team and were able to set the bird free! I even got to pet it!! Being on a strict budget I didn't have a ton of extra money, they were so kind to work with me on the cost. They will forever be my hero's. Truly an AMAZING company - Thank you from the bottom of my heart from this crazy animal lover.

We found a scorpion yesterday and decided to get serious about pest control. We have two small dogs with a doggie door and enjoy sitting outdoors in the evening so this was of concern to us. I was able to book immediately for the following day and the technician was thorough and friendly. I will be recommending Watchdog to my neighbors and friends.

They came out in the middle of the night to deal with a pidgeon that was stuck in the roof. The technicians that they sent out were really professional and did a great job! They were the only company that was willing to come so late, which I really appreciated. Thanks again guys!

where to even begin, we were scheduled to have pest control service from another pest control company. as they have done service for or mobile park. we disagreed with their policies and how the way the treated their clients, so I cancelled our service we needed this done to please the manager, so being memorial day and in a bind we came across Watchdog from the beginning of my call to them they were great. I had concerns over time frame I needed it done before Monday, and my main concern  was my Furry friend they were able to answer all my questions, when Saturday came Tyler showed up smiling and looked around. he stated that we could do something not so abrasive, but understood the management wanted extra done (mobile home management). Tyler was able to analyze what I needed done. he was helpful, arrived on time. He is the type of person you would want in your home, before he entered he was greeted by my Scottish terrier. she acts like a guard dog, as she is over protective of me. she was happy with his demeanor, so it was a no brainer. very informative young man, great job watchdog on maintaining a work environment that he seems to really enjoys to promote. Thanks again job extremely well done and executed. I know other business in the valley that trust my opinion and will be contacting them as well. . the type of service plans that are affordable. reasonable for their clients Tyler is the kind of man that I could leave alone in my home knowing all would end up well.. Thanks again Watch dog pest control you ROCK.

Watchdog Pest Control really took great care of my rental property this past weekend. The tenant had a problem with rodents and they were able to come out same day and their price was very affordable. I was given options over the phone and everything was explained to me in great detail. I chose to do the rat exclusion that they offer and the tenants say that their rodent issue has gone away

I had to find a place to get rid of rats for an elderly family member out of town.  I called Watchdog and talked to someone in the office and they sent someone out to take care of the job within 4 hours.  The price seemed pretty decent and they were the first people who were able to come out right away.  I will call them in the future!

I am very happy with the service that Watchdog Pest Control provides. My technician is always on time and very polite. I have 2 small dogs and I was VERY worried about the effect that the pesticides would have on them. Turns out, all I have to do is keep them away until the area is dry. It's nice to have the peace of mind that I can keep the insects at bay without putting my pets in danger.

Wonderful pest control company run by caring individuals who worked hard for my business. I suffer with the typical AZ insect problems (Ants, the odd scorpion etc) and Watchdog took care to really treat the areas we had seen them. some pest control companies just spray for a few mins and leave, but watchdog ensured every area of concern was well treated to prevent the bugs coming back. I'd highly recommend these guys to be your pest prevention treatment specialists.

I would highly recommend Watchdog to anyone!   I was able to book my appointment via the online chat and the person on the other end was very helpful.  They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time.  That was great!  The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly.  He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Tyler was super helpful when I called on a weekend with a potential pest problem. He asked a lot of relevant questions, offered immediate advice and was totally upfront about the costs and the process. He explained that I was out of his regular service area but he still offered to turn up at 7am the following morning to see what he could do! I was really impressed and if any unwelcome guest with more than two legs turns up at my house again in the future, he'll be my "go to" guy! Thanks Tyler.

Thank you Watchdog Pest Control! I am happy to leave a review for my technician, Tyler. I just moved to the Phoenix area a few weeks ago and found that my new house had a scorpion problem. I'm not sure how I found Watchdog but I ended up calling them and talking to their representative. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and very knowledgeable about all things scorpions. The price was fair and they did a great job on their first treatment. They sprayed indoors and outdoors and I am having a hard time finding any more of those pesky scorpions. When a company does a good job, I give praise. With Watchdog Pest Control, they really exceeded my expectations!

We realized we had a terrible ant problem and needed it addressed right away. We called many places that wanted us to sign up for months on end and year subscriptions with credit cards on file..... no thanks! We got a hold of Tyler and he was helpful, explained everything and was here within the hour! Professional, affordable and even pet friendly. We were more than impressed and we highly recommend them to anyone that has pest issues!! 5 stars!!

I called Watchdog pest control due to seeing scorpion's. Their customer service was professional and caring. Kyle came out to service the same day and answered all of my questions I had. I have not seen anymore scorpions since! Thank you Watchdog!!

This is the company I use to keep my scorpions in my backyard at bay. The first time Watchdog Pest Control came out I had counted 11 scorpions at night with a blacklight. Now, just 2 months later, there are none to be found. I'm very happy with their service and recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been having really bad ant and scorpions issues in and around my home for a few months. I called several different pest control companies here in the valley and have found them to be reasonably priced. However, Most of them didn't seem very attentive to my pest issues and needs and I felt like I was being sold to as soon as someone answered the phone. Finally, I gave Watchdog Pest Control a call and they answered all of my questions and concerns with the utmost care and attention. They stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes addressing all my concerns and offering a great service. Tyler even gave me a one time free blacklight treatment with my initial to help get rid of my scorpions and pin point areas in my yard I was having the most issues. I highly recommend Watchdog Pest Control to anyone looking for a great, friendly service. Thanks guys!
